Genting Poker announces major U.K. tournament

LIVERPOOL, England -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Genting Poker has today unveiled the UK’s most exciting new poker event, The Genting Poker Link Game Championship, a terrific new format that combines 10 simultaneous starting days in a single day of poker, bringing together the top 70 players in a £50,000 Guaranteed Championship finale just 48 hours later.

The Championship Day One’s (Friday 2nd September 2011) link together nine Genting Poker Clubs with an online tournament at www.gentingpoker.com, all playing out together.

Each tournament is limited to a maximum 70 starters and the top 7 players in each event qualify for the £50,000 Championship game at Circus Casino, Liverpool on Sunday 4th September.

Nightly online satellites are available right up to Thursday 1st September and a satellite winner can use their token (subject to availability) to register for the Day 1 games at Circus Casino Stoke, Circus Casino Manchester, Mint Casino Glasgow or the Online GentingPoker.com Game.

Satellites can be found in the Exclusive Live Events section of the tournaments lobby in the poker software, any ELE tournament that qualifies for a £110 Event will be eligible.
