    106 ways to get backlinks

    Hi!

I've joined a blogging forum earlier and responded some threads under blogging section. One of the threads asked for ways to get backlinks. Though I know a lot ways to get backlinks to my site, but what I found while searching for related resources over the net is unthinkable. Well, perhaps. So to speak, here are 106 ways to get backlinks to your site - http://www.articlesbase.com/seo-arti...te-457603.html

Most of these are obvious, but there are a few new creative ones. Thanks for posting.

That was a huge list and kinda crazy.

    97. When Hannah Montana comes to town, buy up some tickets, offer them on your site as prizes. Local news stations and papers will eat it up alive.
    98. Sue Yahoo, Google, or whoever, and you’ll get plenty of publicity – lol

Some nice ideas here. I have thought of radio ads but I don't think you can expose gambling too much in the states. I enjoyed your post.

Although the article is from 2006 there are still many interesting points.

    Not bad...

It is not a bad article overall but I am led to believe that it has been ripped from other sources and then compiled together...

i think so as well. Perhaps that is how some other guys do their article marketing strategy. Good thing for us we don't have to gather those by ourselves.

Anyways, if you think you can still stretch the number of ways, please feel free to mention it here.

    Sometimes I wonder about backlinks

OK like a good little webmeister I wrote my How to Play" XYZ" articles and published them with the other 468,908 articles titled the same name. Then I bookmarked them and had my friends "vote" on them and digged them and twittered and blogged and stumbled and God knows where else I put them....... oh yeah I delisiosed them. Now Father Google "Hal" thinks I am a really great gambling site.............................................. .........................

sometimes I wonder about these things

Combining all of them is the best way, IMO. As overly stated from forum to forum, it is important that you keep number of backlinks coming from different IP sets high. Though picking one above can actually achieve it, but combining them means having more diversified backlinks.

Content is king as they say. You could simply gain a lot of visits through your effective backlinking efforts, but the keeping visitors revisiting your site is the next challenge you need to keep an eye on.
