2,975 Hit = 1 sale for December

So the traffic is good. Google says so. Stats remote says the traffic is great. Analytics says the traffic is good.

So I'm doing my job.

But how can an affiliate continue in this business knowing that even with a combined 3,000 hits to different promoted casinos they could only receive 1 new customer.

Getting traffic is not your job, your job is getting traffic which has the intent to convert. You need to optimise your sources and focus on the traffic value, not volume.

I'll give you a real example with a few of my sites, Site A gets about 10,000 visits per month and gets between 3-10 players, whereas Site B gets about 5000 visits per month and around 150 players per month on average. The ratios are way off due to one thing, the visitor intent when they arrive at the site.

If you shared details on where you traffic comes from, which sites/keywords etc. then I'd love to be able to be able to see how I can help you improve your conversions.

Thanks for showing us your two examples. Why those two are so different (player/traffic ratio)? General or specific? Is there any difference between the click/traffic rates?

What you want to know is how many visitors follow your recommendations and visit the operators you promote. Then, you want to know what happens there. Check the affiliate stats, number of clicks registered by your program and compare it with number of registrations and number of depositors.


If your problem is still the scenario: Big Traffic to your website > No Traffic to the operator, then it is clearly issue with your website, be it not relevant content, banner overflow, poor quality, etc.

What do you not understand?
1. You got traffic - Great!
2. Do it convert?
3. If not. - Why?
4. Look over the offers made to the "clicking visitor".
5. Bought traffic WILL show up as many hits and slim to none converts.
6. Get your visitor interested in the offer and DO offer something unique.

But as you say, CONTENT and QUALITY is two of the most important things you need to have.


Ok, now you think I'm an idiot for making these comments BUT, I have after 3 years struggling though sandboxes, dup content, bad decisions, and finally redoing almost everything on my sites started to get a decent income for my work.

Not enought to make ends meet but pretty darn close to it, well.. if ONE program fails on me I'm down to zip zero again, that's pretty nervwrecking I tell you.

I'm still not quite there to "make it on my own", but hey, that's the beauty of this business

Something is very wrong with that traffic.
