Has anyone signed up for jackpotmadness.com's progressive slot links? They are the ones that dynamically update the progressive jackpot and have a pull down box to casinos running that progressive.
I know you can get the code from Jackpot Madness or Referback. But what if you want to add non-Referback casinos with affiliate links?
