Cant decide how legit this guy is... He has yet to provide any evidence of ability to win a high percentage of bets. He needs to have his picks validated by a third party.
Last I heard he has an offer where you follow his betting strategy and he expects 15% of the weekly profit... A really low fee considering his guarantee.
