I did find a bingo hall where I was able to use E-passporte (
www.bingomania.com) and it worked fine. I was really surprised that I was able to fund it using my credit card, although my credit card company called me to verify the charge, so I don't know if they will continue to do that everytime I fund it. Hopefully, more casinos will start using this method.
I have an EcoCard account but have not used it. It seems the only way US customers can fund the account is with with a bank transfer and you have to do it through your bank and cannot do it online through EcoCard.
