NETeller Co-Founder's Trial Information
The NETeller co-founders have a hearing scheduled for this Friday, but that doesn't mean they will appear in court, according to Rebekah Carmichael, a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney that is handling the case.
Carmichael said one of three things happens in the time period period between when a person is charged and when they are indicted - either they are indicted, they are not indicted, or the decision is extended.
One of those three things will happen for Lawrence and LeFebvre by Friday.
In their two previous hearing dates - the decision was extended.
