ISP = Internet Service Provider

This is the company that hosts your website. It is possible to be on a single ISP but have different IP addresses.

I think Class C is a category of IP address within a specific number range, and that having different Class C addresses would just mean using multiple IP addresses all within the range identified as Class C. It would be helpful for someone with more technical background to confirm this or explain IP classes more accurately though.
