Casino City uses two ISP's, so I selected that answer.
We are a small ISP ourselves, hosting both our websites and the websites of quite a few other companies on our 50+ servers. We have network connections to four different backbone providers, with a number of different connections to each, and failover when individual connections are down. Our total IP address block includes 4,096 ip addresses, or 16 class C ip address blocks.
We also have a server located at another ISP located in Baton Rouge Louisiana that is used to serve our banner advertisements. We have a subsidiary corporation that enters into all of our advertising contracts and serves all of our banner advertisments, and from a legal perspective we felt Lousiana state offered us the best legal framework for that subsidiary corporation.
