On Sunday I opened account on BetCroc. There was free 50$ no deposit and 100% deposit bonus. I play for 50$ free, win some cash and after talk with "Mike" on BetCroc Livechat I deposited 100$ via moneybookers. I take 100$ deposit bonus and must to rollover it 10times.
I did it and after calculating this play (Rory did it) I have an email that I comply terms and how much I want to withdraw . I said that I want to payout all of money on moneybookers. Next email from Rory was that he has got some problems with moneybookers transfers and can withdraw it only for wire transfer or I must to wait. I said that I will wait because I like moneybookers transactions(it was monday and tuesday). In the afternoon (on CET) Taty send me email that she can't withdraw money on moneybookers but only on wire transfer. I give her my personal data, account number and bank name and full of my address (I send my personal ID scans too) . Next day (wednesday) Rory send my an email about investigation that some "team players" opened multi accounts and play on BetCroc. My account is locked and my wire transfer stoped. I was shocked, because I opened only one account for MY PERSONAL DATA and COMPLY TERMS.
If I opened more account why Mike or Rory didn't say me that when I deposited money and he give me this bonus after Live Chat talk? Last email was terrible, that he can withdraw only deposits money and say me goodbye. He threat me that when I send any BAD WORDS for his name and casino, then he use my personal data and personal photos when I want to do something on this way.

I want only withdraw all of my winnings, nothing more. I comply terms of promotion. Deposit money on my account, only one account and from mine moneybookers account.

Please help me because I don't know what I must to do...

This is some of misunterstanding and I don't know who can help us.
