I too have been receiving 3 to 4 of these emails each day since the middle of December.
The way I do my email is that I register a different email address with each site I visit. The benefit of this is that it enables me to tell which annoying sites sell my details onto others. I then never send emails from that email address. Therefore the only way I can get spammed from that address is if the known company gives my address to someone.
All emails sent to me from these annoying people come from Pokerroom.com.
Needless to say, I have emptied my account and have sent them a rather rude email stating that I think that they are scum.
