11.7 An Affiliate shall not earn Commission until such time as such Affiliate has introduced 6 new Customers to Betway.com. Once 6 new Customers have been so introduced an Affiliate shall earn Commission on the 6th Customer and any Customer introduced thereafter and on the first 5 Customers from the date of introduction of the first Customer.

11.8 All proprietary rights in and to a Customer shall belong to Betway.com:

(a) with effect from 3 (three) years after such Customer was introduced by you to Betway.com (from which time (being at the end of the 3 year period) you shall not have any right to receive any further Commission in respect of such Customer; and/or

(b) if such Customer is inactive in any 3 month period. For the purposes hereof, a Customer shall be regarded as “inactive” if such Customer has not spent any real money (not Bonuses) at Betway.com’s Casinos, Poker Rooms or Sportsbook irrespective of whether such Customer has deposited monies into or made any withdrawals from his/ her account during such period.

12. Termination

12.1.3 should an Affiliate fail to introduce at least 1 (one) Customer to Betway.com in any 3 (three) month period.
