what the **** are you thinking? These terms are
highly predatory, and no affiliate in their right mind will bother with your program with such crap in place.
Affiliates -- I strongly suggest that you don't work with GSN and Vegas Partner anymore. If you do, then you're supporting their unfair, predatory practices. The revised terms are predatory, for sure, but the fact that they are also retroactive is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Frankly I'm surprised that Vegas Partner is doing something like this
again. Didn't they learn
anything in 2005 when they and a few others tried to implement retroactive T&Cs?
This is completely unethical -- you can't just steal our players if we don't send as many "new" players as you'd like.
It should not matter
how many players I send -- if they are still making deposits, you
WILL pay me a percentage of their losses
until they stop making deposits. End of story. Anything less is a breach of contract.
If this matter isn't resolved by the end of the week, I will be blacklisting all GSN and Vegas Partner properties.
