Hi Terry,

Thank you for bringing this up here, so I can reply to everyone at the same time.

Regarding the points stated in your post please let me explain the reasoning behind them.

11.7 An Affiliate shall not earn Commission until such time as such Affiliate has introduced 6 new Customers to Betway.com. Once 6 new Customers have been so introduced an Affiliate shall earn Commission on the 6th Customer and any Customer introduced thereafter and on the first 5 Customers from the date of introduction of the first Customer.

As it is now an affiliate start earning revenue from their first player they deliver to Betway, they make their revenue straight away. There is no minimum amount of player signup or new players necessary in order to receive payments. That is an outdated point that was implemented as a precaution for players signing up a affiliate account for just themselves. We now have other methods of preventing that.

11.8Says that we own the player, the affiliate has no right to sensitive player information or contact details. If the affiliate receives the contact detail from the player itself it is up to them. But our players should feel safe that we don’t give away contact details.

The 3 year rule is not in affect and was written in the early days of the affiliate program. It is not and has never been in affect. Will try to remove the faulty text as soon as possible

A player seen as inactive will not affect the affiliate, if a player sign up to you as an affiliate, plays and then stop playing for what ever time period it may be the player will still be connected to your affiliate account. Same if a player signs up and decides to just play for fun for 1 year and then suddenly deposits, he will still be seen as the affiliate player and revenue share will be paid to the referring affiliate for his real money play.

The termination clause has been there to prevent mass signups of unserious affiliates. This would never affect an affiliate that has been active with betway.

When working with betway the affiliates should feel comfortable in promoting the brand and can always contact the affiliate manager if any questions arise. We work closely with all of our active affiliates and have daily conversation with those who wants and require that.

Rest assure that if you start promoting betway you would not regret it, but I agree that the terms and conditions need to be updated to show what we stands for.

This would be a perfect time to start testing out betway.com with the Crazy Casino week this week as well the industry leading poker signup bonus: 500% up to 5000 USD. 3 month to clear it, and the player can release the bonus when ever you feel like it during that 3 month period. Something our customers love.

If you or anyone else have any questions regarding this or other matters concerning the affiliate program please do not hesitate to contact me. >

Cheers
Henrik
