In the UK you have to pay tax or all income. You can do this by filling out a yearly form and giving it to the Inland Revenue who will calculate how much you owe them.

I think that in the other countries mentioned, you also have to pay taxes. Although there may be 0% tax on gambling, as in the UK, this applies to the placing of bets and return of winnings. You still have to pay tax on income earned from promoting any form of gambling.

I guess the best bet is to ask your local friendly tax office!
