Yes, "owned" is an application that lets you do that, but there is a separate application called "Friends For Sale!" that is quite a bit more popular.

This is the application that I've played around with the most, and that we used for the GPWA announced "acquisitions." I've also used the owned application a little, but don't like it nearly as much as Friends for Sale.
