I have a VPS account at HostMySite...They offer dedicated as well. As far as I know, no limit on number of domains. So far, I have been very pleasantly surprised by their tech support - everyone I've spoken to has known what they are doing and fixed things up for me within an hour or so! I am actually getting 99.9+% uptime and the response is about 10X faster than my shared hosting account.
I have the .net VPS + account... Less than $150/mo and includes lots of system resources and add-ons (like SQL Server). They have linux and coldfusion plans too.
