Kim unfortunately left GPWA (and the industry entirely!) a few weeks ago. Nancy Troy ("CityNancy") has taken up a lot of the work Kim was doing, and is receiving the notices for any PM sent to Kim, but this may have slipped through the cracks during the transition period.
I'll check on the shipping status for your shirt.
