    Terms will be changed

    Hi guys,
Just wanted to give you a heads up before we make the official changes on our site at the end of the month that the t&c of the sport section are going to be changed to a much cleared t&c that I believe will answer everyone’s needs.

After reviewing the changes we have made, I think that your comments were justified. Although we obviously didn’t mean by any way to harm any legitimate affiliate that sends us low amount of traffic I could defiantly see how the way we wrote it in the t&c could imply this.
This is why we are going to change the t&c in a way it will be clear that any actions we can take will be upon affiliates that will be trying to manipulate the system and doing any fraud activity (I’ll update the exact phrasing when the changes will be made).

We are going to make some more changes that I believe will benefit our affiliates but I’ll keep that as a surprise for the launch date…

So… (and I hope you don’t take this to the “corporate answer” way J) I do want to thank you for your feedbacks and for everyone’s help on this matter (Especially kwblue and the entire GPWA staff).

This is just a start… There will be more to follow on our Uffiliates forum room later this month.

    Miko

Miko, have you or anyone at 888 addressed the Supro casino spamming issue?

The supro guys are still out here spamming the hell out the forums and anywhere else they can.

Is the fact you are ignoring this spamming issue, at least in public, mean 888 condones their employees spamming?

Lots0, although your question is not relevant for the topic of this thread, you have raised an issue that I wish to clarify.

In the past year, 888holdings have developed into 2 lines of businesses- One is responsible for the marketing of 888.com’s brands (Casino on net, Pacific poker, 888ladies, etc) under the Uffiliates.com brand and the other takes care of new white labels/skins that uses our technology but usually do their own marketing (Just like Playtech/Boss media/etc does).

As you can see, Uffiliates.com is not the affiliate program that promotes the brands you specified above so I can’t really answer why/who is doing the kind of spamming as you mentioned.
I did forward your complaint to the company and I hope this will stop immediately.

I do want to ask you to keep approaching me with any kind of misbehavior that is being done by my team here at Uffiliates.com and I promise to take care of it as fast as I can, as I have acted here with this thread.

    T&C changed

    Hi guys,
I am happy to tell you that the new T&C are now live on our site. There have been some great changes for affiliates I believe and the change that is more relevant for this thread is that we have changed the T&C of our sports betting.

We took off the minimum player term and rewritten the fraud phrase. I believe the current terms are affiliate friendly and better explains what affiliates can/can’t do and what we as an affiliate program can/can't do.

I do want to thank you all for taking part of this post. It has been a learning experience for myself and the rest of the guys working here to better understand the things that bugs affiliates and more importantly- fix them!

I want to send a special thanks to Michael Corfman & Andy (Affiliate Guard Dog) whom helped me to cross over the gap that was created.

    Here’s to a better future
