    Default Ace Revenue Casino Complaints

I've tried to contact "AceVentura" or dan@acerevenue.com about a couple casino complaints I have from players but so far all my attempts to receive a reply via PM have gone unanswered.

Actually it's beyond me why the GPWA has allowed this group to continue as a sponsor. Clearly Planet 7 Casino is scamming players out of their winnings on a daily basis. It's so bad that we Blacklisted them and no longer seek help in resolving payout complaints for them. Now we have complaints on Silver Oak and Slots Madness but all I get is crickets. Is the Affiliate Program "Code of Conduct" just lip service or can I get some answers on these complaints?

    "Affiliate Complaints:
Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint."

From now on I will go ahead and post the complaints here on the forum. I always find it best to keep complaints private between the casino, myself, and the players, but this strategy obviously isn't working with Ace Revenue and the crappy casinos they represent. Planet 7 being the worst of them.

    Slot Madness Complaint:
My payout was denied then approved and then denied again! I hit a jackpot of $10,000 requested my payouts and then spent $2500 with a $7,500 payout remaining. Please see the email below that I sent to Slot Madness. I have not received a response at this time.

I have been in contact through your chat system in regards to a pending withdrawal. I have included the entire chat below but in summary: I had a withdrawl pending of $7,500. I was told the withdrawal was denied due to the use of mixed funds. I know this was not the case as I puposely zero out my account after each deposit.

Blake checked into this and said Blake: I will escalate this to my manager to take a close look at this case, as you may well be right, Please contact us back in a couple of days and we will have a resolution for you Manager reviewed and pulled back the previous refund of my deposit. Then I had a chat with Rich who confirmed that mixed funds were not used Rich: Rich: I have crossed check and your documents have been received. Processing is under way for you. cingerard: Can you confirm that my withdrawals are approved? Rich: Please allow about 7 business days and I apologize for the delay. cingerard: Can you at least confirm that I did not use mixed funds as I know I did not. Rich: The withdrawal has been approved. No mixed funds associated. Then I was told to check back chatted with Gilson, he told me my account was under review. Gilson: your case is under review of the withdrawal department, please give us 24/48 hours to give you a response Contacted back later and chatted with Rich again, Rich: It has been approved and under processing. cingerard: So does that mean I will be getting the pay out for sure? Rich: Yes you will get paid. cingerard: Will I be notified of tracking or do I need to contact you again? Rich: You will receive an email when the money is sent. Then I had a chat with John who was absolutely of no assistance and said that I had no pending withdrawals.

    Silver Oak Casino Complaint:
    Message:
Hi, wish I had found your website before I started playing at silver oak casino and two other online casinos. I made 2 withdrawal requests at silver oak casino. One on Jan. 3, 2017 for $2,500 and another one on Jan. 28, 2017 for $2,500. I sent in all the required documentation to get paid but I still have not received any checks. I have contacted them many times both by email and live chat and nobody can tell me when I will be paid my winnings. Can you help?

As an affiliate, I can see AceRevenue always pay my commission every month, sometime it's late for few days, but it still good.
As a player at Silver Oak Casino and Planet 7 Casino, sometime, i saw some Complaints, but all of it will be solved. I have a lot of friends playing at Silver Oak Casino and still got payments from them.

Well I'm happy for you and your friends but I have a list of players that would beg to differ and besides this is more about Ace Revenue not responding to complaints from a GPWA member. Under GPWA's "CODE OF CONDUCT" they are obligated to do so.

    Affiliate Complaints:
Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint.

Yeah, sorry I didn't follow up. Dan did get in touch and offer to help and the player did eventually get paid but I still get complaints on their casinos especially Planet 7 which is now apparently owed by The Virtual Casino Group. Not good.

The last complaint I had was a week ago for Royal Ace. The standard for Ace Revenue Casinos is that support tells the players they sent out a Fedex check and tracking will be given to the player in a day or so. Well the complaints I get tell me that the tracking number never arrives and that the check comes a few weeks to a month later. Basically, it takes players about 2 months to get paid from Ace Revenue's Casinos. At least on the complaints we get.

Ace Revenue has always been owned by the Virtual Group people. The 7th planet in our solar system is Uranus. Planet 7 casino stinks. Coincidence?
