Well I saw this post, and I had to reply right away: it is the worst affiliate program I had to deal with. In fact I am still struggling right now with them: they are deliberately confusing, they are simply hopeless resolving issues, and issues I have plenty with them, I cannot post them all here, it would be too long. But just a few:

- The balance in your account always shows the wrong amount. You look at your stats, you see some movements, but the balance does not record it, or does it wrongly!!

- Very very very very very confusing terms and conditions. You think you earn "this" (simple stuff like (most) other programs), and you learn later that it is not "this", but "that". You ask to explain "that", and if you get a response at all, it is so confusing that it does not tell you anything about "this" nor "that" (and at the end you give up and take what they give you ("that")... if they give you anything at all!!)

- When you have an issue (I believe everybody have - I have only had issues since I have started this program, I cannot believe I am the only one - NO, I am certain not to be the only one, it becomes obvious after a while why it is so confusing), it is a nightmare to get a response. When you get one, it does NEVER resolves anything. Also all is done to force you to go on their forum to get answers (but it does not mean you get them), as I said, one of the reason (but not the only one) why they are so confusing is to make you spend more time with them, less with the other programs (and it works, some naive end promoting them only on their sites - poor them). Also you have every month a "NEW" manager "taking care" (hihi) of your account, your issues are passed to this new one, you have to explain all over again your issues, by the time you have explained all this (I always need 3 or 4 emails to explain the simplest issue - either managers are as confused than you are, or they just play the game very nicely - I believe strongly that it is the second one), wait for reponses that does not come, and when it (sometimes) does come, it is already the end of the month and you have start all over again with a new manager.

- If you have more than one site, you have to have a different account for each of your site. And, as the program has partouche, casino770 and since recently casino riva, you also have to have a different account for their different casinos for each of your site. As I said, all is done to confuse the affiliates, to keep them busy and concentrate on their program so you spend less time with the others, etc... If you have a bit of imagination it is easy to find plenty of explanations why they make deliberately their program so confusing. And after a few issues, you find plenty of explanations...

- If I was a manager, it would take me 5 minutes to resolves the issues I have been trying to make them resoves for months. 5 minutes, not one more. But I am still struggling with my issues, nothing is done.

- etc, etc.. there are so many negative points... I am afraid I cannot find any positive to tell you about...

This program is mostly known by the french speaking as it includes Partouche casino and casino 770, well known by the french. If you do not run a french targeted website, I do not see ANY point of taking them on board ANYWAY.

At the moment, I am waiting (well yeah, that's all you do with this program, waiting for answers, waiting for your money, waiting for simple issues to be resolved, waiting...) for an answer from them to resolve a few issues that I have with them since ages (well actually I am now pretending to wait for these issues to be resolved, I actually wait for my money first before I can drop for good this crap - excuse my language). I cannot believe I have pulled out with this that long, I am not a patient man usually (well not that patient anyway). I use to have them on my english sites in the beginning, but I took them off after 3 months. Oh yes, they promise 50€ to 150€ every month if you put a banner at the top on your sites (if your site is at least a rank 3). Yes I did it on my 2 english sites that were rank 3 and 4, at the end of the first month, as i was not seeing any money coming (that is when the all issue process started - right at the beginning up until now), then after 2 months of trying to get my money, I gave up and took the banners off. That's then I got a response telling me that ... the banners were not on my homepages, therefor I could not get the commissions. Oh yes i tried to explain that they were there for almost 3 months, but it went nowhere, I had to give up, I was about to through my computer out of the window so annoyed I was.
I will drop at the end of the month this s****t program (excuse my language), I have them now only on 2 of my french sites, there and there, no hard promotions for sure. The problem is that they owe me money (not much, of course, I have hardly promoted them since I realised what this program was all about - still some money!) as you can imagine, I am certain that if I drop it now, I will never see this money, tough I already think that this money is getting further and further away from my bank account. I am awaiting (waiting... waiting... waiting) for a response from MY NEW MANAGER (hihi). I have emailed again last Friday to ask him (again) when my issues will be resolved, he told me blablabla, I am waiting... waiting... waiting... But my patience has its limit, I am very busy, I do not have anymore time to waste with these imbeciles & crooks, at the end of the month, if they give me another new manager (or if they don't, but I am sure they will anyway), I will drop it and say ciao to my money, but at least it will calm my nerves a little.

So, that is what I think about this program. Your post came at the right time, it is just makes me feel a little bit better if I helped just ONE MAN to avoid it (I hope it will help many of us - revenge is sweet, isn't it??). Anyway if you do not run a french sites, I do not see the point, there are plenty affiliate programs out there, I only kept them on my french site so long tough all these problems (only problems, nothing good to say AT ALL!!) because they are well known names in France. Even if you have, if you wish to waste your time and site's space for NOTHING, well please yourself.

So that was my view of the affiliate program ACF-webmaster !!! And I have just realised the length of this post. I wanted to make short, but there is so much to say, it was just too difficult. Sorry...

Hi everyone. This is Rai Riviera, Affiliates Accounts Manager at Acf-Webmaster.

I found this old threat at GPWA forum, and it has left me with a broken heart. I am very sorry to heard about this experience, and it really surprises me that this could have ever happened.

We manage now 10 times the amount of affiliates that we used to manage 2 years ago, and I have not heard about any case like this one. All our affiliates are pretty happy with our affiliate system and payments.

So, dear 1casinoguide, I invite you to contact me in case you have any problem with our affiliate platform, however, I do not think you have any problem at the present as I have found our banners in 4 of your sites.

The balance shows the wrong amount? I have never heard about this problem, and I can guarantee that the amount in the balance's box is correctly displayed.

The terms and conditions of our affiliate program are publicly displayed in our website. I do not think they are more confusing than my house's contract or my car insurance's contract. Anyway, if anybody have a problem understanding them, please drop me a line to my email and I will be happy to clarify anything.

We had had new Affiliates Managers coming and leaving the company in the past because we really care about our affiliates, and we look for the best staff to fit the needs of our partners.

There is no need to create a new account for each site, this is done in the custom field that we provided to our affiliates for their convenient use.

I think, the old acf must have few negatives but I learned that the new ACF have revised their programs and improved some of their offers.

first let me say I'm very pleased to see this program join the GPWA.
casino city just recently began looking at our ACF webmaster partnership more closely. i can honeslty say both arina and jean have been responsive and helpful with questions ive asked. they have also been timely with commission payments. I recommend them.
