    Hello,

I am waiting now more than 5 weeks here in the forum for any public response at least from the public relation department.
If you want me as an affiliate then there must be more than just two emails or great commercial offers.

Your offer is very tempting, but I am sorry 5 weeks are 5 weeks and my (well known) opinion -no secret- is, that a forum for me is no place for silence and shows a lot.

    Leopold

    Hi Leopold,

I am so sorry I missed this post! A few weeks ago I had a problem with accessing my GPWA account, for some odd reason me and my IP were blocked. I wonder if that had anything to do with not seeing your post! Thank you for writing and please let me know if I can offer you any assistance with Josh.

    Hi Leopold

I enjoy reading your posts and most of the time you are spot on with your assessment of programs, in my opinion anyway . Did you know that webmasters receive emails from Star Games Affiliates warning of account closure when not delivering enough players.

I have seen webmasters complaining re this fact in the past. Do you know if this policy has changed ?

Nicole - perhaps you can enlighten us further re this. I for one would like to promote Star Games but hesitate to do so because of this policy.

I look forward to hearing re this.

    Regardss

    Hello Gentlemen!

I hope that you both have had a great weekend!

    Gman to answer your question:

We give great custom deals to good performing Affiliates. I think it is understandable that the affiliate deal would change back to a more standard deal based on the fact that the performance is significantly different from when the nice custom deal was awarded.
Our affiliate managers make constant communication when such possible measures may be undertaken and always discussed with the affiliate prior to any change. But we our best to give leeway to try and bring things into a better/positive light. We don’t expect miracles overnight but we do want to see efforts.

I am sure this concept of performance marketing is similar from program to program.

Let me know if you have more anymore questions.

    Have a great week!

    Nicole

Hi Nicole - Thanks for the informative answer but i don't think we are talking about the same scenario.

Of course if an affiliate has a custom deal and is not delivering they should expect to revert to a standard deal.

What i am referring to is the fact that as has happened with me , when on a standard deal i have been advised that i was at risk of having my affiliate account closed.

Are you telling me that this is not the case with Star Games Partners. If i am on a standard deal, you do not close accounts ?

That is what i was referring to.

    Regards

    Hello Gman ,

Account closure typically happens when fraud occurs or any other severe violations on the same level that may occur. There may be the one off case where we have asked to close an account due to feasibility reasons but this is depending on the commission model and discussed with the said affiliate prior to actions that adheres to the 14 day notification period as stated in our T&Cs.

I hope this better answers your question. I would love to introduce you to an Affiliate Manager to answer any other questions you may have.

    Kind regards,

    Nicole

    Hi Nicole

I think that you are not understanding what i am asking and i prefer to have an answer here rather than a private conversation.

If i deliver a single player who goes on to be an excellent player and after that single player no further traffic converts, will Star Games Affiliates at some stage contact me telling me that they are going to be closing my account down.

I have not read your Terms & Conditions as of yet as i prefer to get a straight forward answer from you.

Is that a part of your Terms and Conditions allowing for account closure in the above instance.

    Hi Gman,

We do not close accounts for inactivity. It is NOT listed in our Terms that we close accounts for inactivity, especially if commission is being generated. Therefore to answer straight we do not exercise this, for that sole reason.

I hope to I have answered your question thoroughly this time

We strongly advise affiliates to read and know the terms and conditions to have full comprehension.

    Kind regards,

    Nicole

Nicole, there is a rather lengthy thread in the chatter box area that could benefit from your attention. The thread is located here.

    Now i`m starting my story.
I played in skill7 and stargames , they blocked my accounts ,
At first they said that no payout will be , because i violate something , after long time of fighting with them they paid my deposit Only.
And i start second round of my war , and with help of Mga gaming support team manager Kevin(Thank you Kevin), i receive my winnings .
But i lost too much money during transfers.
    First part transfer (my deposits)
I deposit 150 euros in Skill7 and they take 4 euros and sent me 146 euros , but i receive 128, i lost 18 euros
I deposit 100 euros in Stargames and they take 4 euros and sent 96 euros , but i receive 81 , i lost 15 euros.
Total for my deposited money i paid 33 euros.
    Second part(my winnings)
    Skill7 take 4 euros and sent me 105 euros, but i receive 87 , i lost 18
    Stargames take 4 euros and sent me 752.79 , but i receive 726.79, i lost 26
Total for second part transfer i lost 44 euros + 8 euros take skill7 and stargames
If they sent my money in one piece , i would not lost 52 euros.
Stargames is fraud casino , i will do the best to return my money...
    To be continued
