They DO STATE specifically what you stated above, but I think the first line is in there so they can use that part of the term against ANY website THEY feel that want to restrict.

Probably leaving themselves some wiggle room.

Might be worth checking a site with them before adding adsense to it?

Well, I misunderstood. When they said you could have Adsense on your sites in the opening email, I thought they meant that included gaming sites. Been running it on mine for a couple of weeks to test, and just got an adserving disabled message. Oh dear... lol. Opted in and all, but would be handy to have a message when you opt in to allowing gambling to say they're only allowed on gaming sites that don't feature affiliate links. That big wide niche. Sheesh!

After I've gone through all of the hoops, creating an entirely new site, only listing white listed sites, took weeks to get approved for the gambling license, created an entirely new adwords account according to their rules, waited weeks for one ad to get approved...I got an email today saying my ads will not be running because they consider the site a bridge page. All of that was a complete waste of time. I'm tired of these people. Google would drive Ghandi to violence.

Is it okay to post Google Adsense as Publisher to Penny Auction Site?

    Hi everyone,

We will officially launch a Premiere Penny Auction feature of our PinoyTiangge.com website for Filipinos. But our question is, can we put or embed Google Adsense in Penny Auction website such as PinoyTiangge.com? Kindly advise us, thank you.

    Best regards,
    The Pinoy Tiangge Team

How on earth can it be better? When you deal with the casino directly, it goes like this Player Revenue -> Casino's Cut -> Your Cut. When it goes through Adsense, it's whatever the Casino is giving out -> Google's Cut -> Your Cut. On top of this in scenario #1, you get to choose the banners, the links, the places things that can be optimized for maximum profit. Scenario #2 let's adsense's god almighty relevance algorithm do that.

Do you know how many times I have seen wedding dress sale ads on a few sports sites I worked for? Scenario #1 gives you also a chance to build a relationship with your managers get a better deal and/or rev share %. Good luck building relationship with Google and a better deal. For all you know, you have accepted their T & Cs and they can lower the cut.

Last while a casino brand looks after their interest, if you bring enough players, they will most likely look after your interests as well. Google looks after only their interests. It's the way monopoly works
