    AffActive Complaint (poster banned at CasinoMeister)

    AVOID at all COSTS ! THAT PLACE is a DISGRACE and their customer care representatives are of HORRIBLE service (frequently giving false/wrong info) !

    I did a mistake to lose my account details and when I went to fix the problem and recover my account details, they adviced me to register a new account because they was not able to recover my old account details. After I lost about 300$ in two of their casinos and sent them all of my personal documents, they have decided to close my accounts on all of their casinos because I was helding ``multiple accounts`` at one of their casinos ! Note that if I had won they would have NOT paid my winnings, but only my last deposit back, nothing less and nothing more. (Thank God I did not won a random jackpot !) Their casinos are WinPalace, SlotsJungle, Casino Titan, GoldenCherry, Mayflower, and Grand Macao.

    Also, ALL THE TIME, they and their rogue affiliates where spoiling me with lots of SPAM GARBAGE emails even if I did took steps to fight to stop that crap business practive. NADA ! They CONTINUE to spam me EVEN NOW after I`ve got all my account closed !

    ONCE AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! These SCUMBAGS ARE OF THE WORST KIND ! AVOID ! AVOID !

    I understand everyone has gone to that London (?) show for casino people. I guess I will have to wait till they get back I guess to hear from them. (The affactive group rep)

    Winpalace: you had multiple accounts, taken free chip on each one. ‎The CS suggested you to open another account, but after having 2 accounts you made a third one 2 months later, taking another free chip on that one as well. That’s the reason you were ‎banned.

    Slotsjungle: You were banned after being banned in Winpalace. You had 0 balance when you were ‎banned. ‎

    CasinoTitan:You made a deposit. Your deposit was reversed and account closed. There were no winnings when the account was closed.

    All your accounts were closed with 0 ‎balance. No winnings taken from you. They will remain closed. ‎

    Daniel, I am not sure if Anthony is available today, and I don't have the free time to follow-up on this at the moment, but possibly Cityguard or Paolino can look into this as they also could edit the title etc....

    If needed one of us could also place the entire thread into the moderation que until then....

    I renamed the thread title to indicated the complaint was deemed unfounded and the poster banned at Casinomeister.

    EDIT: I changed the title again (on 2 February 2012) to not take the position that it was the same as the complaint posted at Casinomeister since in the following discussion the thread changes part of its focus to emails and there is a dialogue below regarding making adjustments on that front through appropriate removals from email lists.

    Hi. Yes I tried to discuss about the issue on Casinomeister forum too but it was an improper discussion since other factors other ploppies and mostly from an ill will which was coming from Bryan. He had something against me since he saw that me and my mother had one account each into his forum. Even if I explained him so many times he did not understand that we are two separate persons and have different issues. -- And that was the reason that we got our accounts blocked from casinomeister, and not Affactive issue as Danielg pretends with his quote from Bryan`s tread. My mother was not involved in this Affactive issue. It was only me with multiple accounts created at their support request !

    And so, I hope that I can further discuss and clarify this Affactive issue here in a more friendly ambient. So please let me further explain:

    1. - Danielg says: `Winpalace: you had multiple accounts, taken free chip on each one. `

    First part of that affirmation is true, I had multiple accounts - because I have forgotten my account details and when I went to live chat to recover my details they were unable to locate my account and asked me to register a new account ! (which I did)

    And about the second part of his affirmation, even if I did took free chips on more than one account, (which I am not sure) it was not my intent to `abuse` their bonus system, but it was simply by the fact that I thought I have never registered a previous account, because so I was adviced and confirmed about it in their front line live chat support !!!

    Think like that: when a person deposits ~ 300$ in a group of casinos do you think that person will try to fraud their bonus system with a 30$ or so ?

    I am sure that he is dead wrong about third account ! And specially about its registration date ! Becasue the the chat log proof I have in my favour (when I was adviced to register a duplicate account) it is dated 8 July 2011 and I am more than sure that after that date I have never registered any new casino account with anybody !

    And more than that, from this chat log dated 8 July 2011 it seems I had already two account registered before that date, and the third one was exactly registered at that date at/on their advice/demand.

    This is one big key point and I will partially take back what I said about Affactive group if Danielg will show me the fool proof of his accusation ! Fool proof = some logs where it clearly shows all of my three account usernames along with their complete registration dates and when I took their respective free chips. (including day, month, and YEAR - because I suspect I may have an account registered in September 2010 which would mean the account causing problems were registered 10 months BEFORE 8 July 2011 chat and NOT AFTER as he claim)

    Look at these few quotes from 8 July 2011 chat log: `1 - you: well what is the other account ? i have more than one ??` 2 - you: what means that ? ive had even more than one account when i was told i had no one ?
    Kyle: Do not worry about it . You can use the user I just emailed you .`

    And so, from that conversation you can (and I) can read/deem that I already had two registered accounts at the time of the chat and registered a third one on that same day 8 July 2011 per their support advice ! And it is also clear that my intention never was to have more than only one account !

    Playhunter- i won't start it all over again. I've checked things few times about 2 months ago when we had that thread and besides these 2 accounts you have opened another one in September.

    Besides that, i spent few hours reviewing your case then and i haven't and i still don't understand the point of your arguments. Have no intention to repeat all that process.

    Leave aside the multiple accounts and all the rest:

    ALL your accounts were closed when they had 0 WINNINGS or 0 BALANCE. NO WINNINGS WERE TAKEN FROM YOU.

    We have the right to choose who we want as a player and who we don't, same as any other business. Due to your previous behavior- we don't want you as a player. Simple as that.

    - 1. I nowhere said that Affactive owes me money, not here and not at casinomeister either. Where I said that ? I only have said, that if I would have won, I would have not been able to collect my winnings, except ONLY MY OWN DEPOSITS ! But in the meanwhile as long as I was losing my own money everything was all right. Well tell me: - It is fair to put a player on a you can lose but you cant win situation ? (even if it was or not on purpose)

    - 2. I said I am sure you have veryfied things superficially and I never registered any new account after 8 July 2011. (check that damn date again!) I can understand that Affactive do not want me as a player anymore, but once you have brought me an reason/accusation of why, (multiple accounts) I can`t leave that aside and I demand you to make fool proof of it: Usernames (all 3), along with the complete dates when I have registered them and with the dates of when I have took that said free chips for each account in part. (I was asking you about these same details at Casinomeister also)

    - 3. And I have one more problem maybe MUCH BIGGER than the ones above which I mentioned in the opening tread and you did not addressed a single word about it: THAT DAMN SPAM emails WHICH I STILL RECEIVE on a daily/weekly basis from Affactive and Affactive Affiliates even if I never subscribed to any of them and EVEN AFTER my ACCOUNTS GOT CLOSED ! Is that all ethical and just OK to you ??

    Please NOTE: Pay attention to all of my posts in this thread and you will see that I am right and not misleading anyone, I only expose my experience with your Affactive casinos Group exactly as it was and as it still is, because my intention is to make people read this and decide for themselves about who they are dealing. And If you want, of course you can still choose to not show us/me the informations I was so many times asking you to show, but I feel I am right to spread and show my experience regarding Affactive Group with as many people as I can. I am sure I will help a few of them.

    First, you have created another account in september.

    It's not the first time you behave this way- as seen on CasinoMeister post.

    You have subscirbed to these emails by creating "multiple" accounts at our brands. You will be taken on from them - at least from the accounts we will find.

    I'm sorry. I have reviewed everything and spent hours on that. Have no intention to do that again since there is no purpose in that. I have no idea what you are trying to get now.


    Regarding "getting your winnings banned" in some possible future situation: that's is EXACTLY what you were trying to get- who on earth would see his accounts closed and then few minutes later run and make another deposit in a different account (this is what you did few hours after your Winpalace and Jungle accounts were closed).

    I think enough is enough. My time is limited and i don't think i can assist you in any way.

    Yes, you are right, enough is enough ! I see, and as I deemed, you will not show proof/s (excepting words) to confirm your affirmation regarding the registration date of my 3rd account along with the rest of them. Obviously then this is a two way road then: I will keep exposing my experience every here and there and after a while you will come to cover with your story based on empty words. No problem, we have the right to agree to disagree, because as I said it is a two way road. Anyway, I have my belief that some people will get this story right and take their own decisions.

    But before we can finish this, one more time I have to repeat you one thing: - I have made my deposit at a sister casino (Titan) in your group after I have found my other two casino accounts (Jungle and Palace) banned JUST TO SHOW MY TRUST that the things will get settled in a proffessional manner - at that time I did not even know why I couldn`t acces the other two casinos - but I was truthfully that things will get sorted out quickly and I should continue to play on each and every account. Unfortunatelly for you your team, Affactive was in no way near to settle the matter in a proffesional mode.

    Regarding the SPAM, here is a list from where I am receiving Spam emails from Affactive, and I MUST BE REMOVED: - here are some of their affiliates email addresses -deleted by Universal4 due to privacy as well as the fact they may be innocent individual email accounts used as fake senders

    I have to request GPWA personnel/moderators to reevaluate and change the title of this thread one more time because it does not fit the reality and I find it puts me in a bad light: - my CasinoMeister account was not closed due to this Affactive issue as I have explained in this thread at post number #9 and simply due to this reason that part should be removed from the title. More than that, it states that it is an unjustified complaint: - I am willing to provide the chat log from 8 July 2011 which I consider it justify my complaint. Also note that the only one person who is not willing to bring evidence is Danielg as he stated. Even if I asked him so many times, he never showed me the proof about when I have registered my last account with WinPalace !

    And anyway, at a very least consider this thread it also constitutes a valid complaint about the SPAM EMAILS I am STILL RECEIVING from them even now after I have got all my accounts banned from their system ! YESTERDAY I have REPORTED him about 14 (affiliate) spammers to remove me from and YET TODAY I GET another SPAM ! [(I suggest it should be changed into: Affactive (spam) complaint.]

    Danielg, (regarding the spam)

    The spammer I am complaining too about today is deidremarcrum@hotmail.com ! Remove it please ! You know, the thing I fing it odd at Affactive is that you and they have all and each of my email addressess but looks like nobody is doing nothing to stop the spams I am receiving almost daily from your Affactive Group and its affiliates even if I was banned from further play. Is this some sort of revenge or why this is happening to me ?

    As we well know, nobody can unsubscribe directly from the email because there is only a fake unsubscribe feature which always says `you were succesfully unsubscribed` but in fact in the very next days you will get another spam email from the exactly same spammer !

    The solution would be simple: since Affactive have all of my email addresses they should INFORM ALL THEIR AFFILIATES to REMOVE ME (all of my email addresses) from their list. Simple as that, and they will have to do so since they can not get a penny from me anymore because I am banned. But again, repeating what I said, I am starting to think that this must be some sort of revenge on me from Affactive.. lol that`s funny. Please take measures !

    most of these emails are not spam- you have signed with different mails to at least 3 of our brands and receive the promotional mails from them.

    Please PM me the emails that you have signed with and they will be removed.

    Regarding that mail that you suggest that is from affiliate- please pass me the full mail- since I can't locate the affiliate by email address.
