Summary of Changes: Still a stupid clause that we must mark with a warning to affiliates. This term deals with monies left in your affiliate account, which can ultimately be claimed by AffClub.

Guard Dog's Reflections on the Impact for Affiliates: AffClub remains rogue for stuff like this. Finding ways to claim someone else's hard earned money is simply unethical.

5.5 Automatic Termination By Us If Your Account Is Inactive. If your Affiliate Cashier Account is inactive, your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate. In this Section, ''Inactive'' means where (i) you have not requested generated sufficient Affiliate Accruals to trigger a cash payment into your Affiliate Cashier Account or you have not cashed out any funds (through a withdrawal or a transfer to a Player's Players Account) for one hundred and eighty three (183) days or more;more; or (ii) you have failed to respond to any verification mails sent to you within a reasonable time. Where automatic termination occurs, we will notify you that your Affiliate Accruals will be frozen. If we do not receive any response from you within one hundred and eighty three (183) days, any funds remaining within your Affiliate Cashier Account will revert to us.

This is a shocking way of going out and claiming money that simply does not belong to you. I guess Affclub have found yet another way of making some savings and have decided to implement it. It is simply the final straw for me and as of now i will redirect all of their properties on my sites to a more affiliate friendly playtech program. It amazes me what some programs will put into their T&Cs . They obviously have no respect or time for affiliates if they can come up with something like this.
