Angry Affcoins: Where are my players ???

Since December 2011 i delivered 417 new signups and 48 new depositing players with around 10 High rollers.

The problem is that my high rollers play one month and disappeared the month after... They play almost every days until the 30 - 31th and then, nothing from the 1st of the month after.... Kind of weird... Not to mentioned what happened one day, one of my big players made a few deposits on the beginning of the month and all his deposits disappeared from my dashboard and my commission suddenly reduced. Affcoins were not able to tell me what happened.. The official answered was : " We asked Rival about this matter but they can't give you an answer"... So i asked for a compensation and they gave me 500 $... (It was a High roller...)

Last month i delivered 122 real players signups with 13 new depositors. Among them, a high roller who deposited 4,027.74 in 2 weeks...

As usual, this player disappeared and i can only see the small depositors ( 30 dollars - 50 dollars)...

This month, my commissions are about 378 dollars so i am very suspicious... Why my big players don't play more than one month while i have other affiliates programs which keep paying me thousands of dollars for players that i brought 6 and 4 years ago ?

It has been 2 weeks that i can't see any deposit, not even 30 dollars !!!! I have been working as an affiliate for 8 years and i never seen that before !

Huh. I received an email a couple of days ago saying a new depositor had deposited over $1200 on their first deposit to Rockbet. I remember it because it is the first one we have received from them in over a year. Anyway there was commission in our account and this morning it is back at 0. The reports on their website say 0 depositors, no chargebacks, nothing.

They are shaving. I believe they are run by the same people as Rome Casino so no surprise there.

It might be a chargeback, ask you affiliate manager about it...

If there is no answer then join my group I had the same problem but they were unable to tell me where is the player !!!!! they gave money instead 500 dollars so then i can shut up... also they gave me 50 % for 3 month...

Today, i am earning 300 - 400 dollars a month while i sent many players a few months ago... The day they will understand that shaving players from affiliates is killing all the affiliate network... maybe they will stop ! Because they all do it !!!!!

In your case, it looks like they didnt want to pay commissions to you because its an High roller player... You know, first deposit 1200... 99% of chance that the player will play a lot of money afterward... so its better if the player dont have your tracking code anymore...

You are right, the affiliate activity is now handled by the same group than Rome casino and believe me i am not surprised either and i have very good reasons to say that. Anyway, my problem appears before the rome casino group was in charge of affcoins but they are all the same !!!

My thoughts exactly. And they deposited more than 1200 in total because commissions were up to almost $1500 before the player disappeared.

Depends on your definition of "promote". We have a Rockbet review where we state that the casino is ordinary and rate them 2.5 out of 5. The info is there for anyone searching for it but we certainly don't encourage anyone to play there. They get a couple of clicks a month.

Anyway I emailed them about it and gave them a link to this thread. I got this reply:

Unfortunately this player you sent was a fraud player. He made large amount of deposits. When he was found to be a fraud player in the Rival system, his account was closed and all deposits refunded.

Sorry that you got excited about this player but this happens from time to time. Those deposits were never real, even though you got an email about it.

I am also sorry that you assume immediately that this was "shaving" This is not how we conduct business, and if this is how you feel then its your choice not to work with us.
Exactly the sort of thing you would expect to hear. They were hardly going to say yes sorry you caught us.

Suffice it to say beware if you are dealing with these guys as I don't trust them at all.

    Hello Gagnoweb,

My name is Darryl and I will be responding here on GPWA for affcoins.

I've been told this information was also sent to you by email, but I will also say here that the player in question was a fraud player in the Rival system, and so none of his deposits were real. The account was closed and all deposits refunded. We understand big depositors create big expectations but sometimes these are big cheaters, not big depositors, and that's why they deposit 1200 on the very first time. Normal players rarely do so.
This player was not 'shaved' nor was any other player. Sometimes they are fraud players, and as such we cannot and will not reinstate their account.

    Yours,

    Darryl

    Prove the Fraud.
No one knows you... why should we believe you?
    I can't think of a single reason.
However... I can think of lots of reasons why not to believe what you say.

If you don't prove the Fraud... Then it becomes obvious that you are in fact shaving...

I find the fraud explanation hard to believe for a couple of reasons:

    1. The same thing has happened to gagnoweb and he was paid to keep quiet. Thank you for not staying quiet.
    2. It was a one off high value player on an account where they basically earn nothing else from me.
    3. It is such a non-specific explanation with no detail as to why they were fraudulent or how it was discovered. Calling someone a "big cheater" is stupid. They can't cheat at the games, so how exactly did they cheat? i.e. were they fraudulent deposits made with a stolen card? Did they charge back after losing? Were they simply someone on Rival's well known shared list of banned players? Did they simply win and the casino could not afford to pay it? etc etc etc
    4. I have been around a while and I have seen earnings at all Rival casinos trickle to nothing over the past couple of years. A major reason for that was seeing a large proportion of players referred listed as banned in their system. Pretty much everyone who won for a while there was bonus banned at a minimum. However there is no banned player in the reports this month.

There is no way I can compel them to prove anything. The reality is that these guys (and you would have to assume every crappy Rival white label) can make players disappear from your account without a trace. No offsetting amounts or listing the deposits as chargebacks or anything, no player listed as banned, nothing. The player just disappears. So whether or not I believe the explanation that the person was a fraudster (I don't), I cannot trust a program that has the capability to do this to you and, it would appear the history too.

Dear Darryl, i understand your concern to keep a trustable relationship with your affiliates and that's probably why you come here today and try to give a justification which is unfortunately not reliable...

A few months ago, i've contacted the affcoins support for this player disappearance and the answer was : We've contacted Rival and they cant tell us where is this players... They dont know where this player is and they cant check it in the database because it has been archived. We will give you a compensation of 500 $ + 50 % commission for 3 months..."

Dear Daryl, How come an online casino cant track a player in his database ? How come it didnt appear as a fraudulent player on my account while there is an option to display it ? How comes i didnt see any chargeback on my account ? How comes if the players was FRAUD, you gave me 500 $ as a compensation and 50 % commission for 3 months ? Which affiliate program compensate fraud players by giving money to the affiliate ? can you answer ?

After 24 hours and no response from affcoins...

    Is anyone surprised?

Some of these programs, like affcoins, are not even trying to hide the fact they are stealing us blind...

Now expect some unknown aff to show up in this thread and tell us all how good affcoins treats him/her and how much money they make from affcoins...

It's the same story over and over again, from these very same programs...

Lets bet that an aff manager will come here, this is maybe the only way to get money with this program :P lol

No response, no surprise. You would think that they would be in full damage control trying to protect their "reputation". Maybe its a last desperate grab for cash before they disappear?

One of the best calls we ever made was to cut our exposure to Rival casinos a few months before they all imploded. They were actually doing quite well for a while. Now they all seem to be run by either Rival itself (totally untrustworthy) or penny pinching affiliates who have no business running a casino.
