Right now, AffCorner is down for me. And it's been down on and off for 2-3 days. I know Casino Jack is no longer their affiliate manager, but I'd appreciate someone letting us know what's up.
Thanks in advance.

OK, well. It's still down. As all links go through affcorner.com, nothing is clearly tracking at the moment. Doesn't anyone over there actually care?
I guess it must only be down for me, as no one else has posted here confirming it. No affiliate manager has been by to say anything, let alone the manager. That is the only explanation, right? Or could it be something else.
I give up.
I'm getting a "Gateway timeout" error message.
[code=DNS_TIMEOUT] A DNS lookup error occurred because the request timed out during the lookup.
I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

Good to know it's not just me, but the silence from this Platinum Sponsor here is defeaning, despite Casino Jack's best efforts to attract some attention !
Hey as of yesterday they told ,e they had some ISP issues. I have notified them of this thread. The toll free number on betphoenix.com will get you to priscilla the current AM there. She has not been responding to me on skype unfortunately.
Her email is priscilla@betphoenix.com...
Down for me too in Canada.
Im pretty sure it's down everywhere.
So much for promoting BetPhoenix for Thanksgiving![]()

It seems a little bit of a casual approach, seeing as how you must have worked to get BetPhoenix and others back up quickly. So, will AffCorner be back up and running today as promised?
You can apologize and make empty promises every day if you want, but this is just unacceptable. The fact that BetPhoenix has allowed the affiliate site to be down for this length of time is ridiculous, and shows where affiliates stand in their eyes. I have taken down any reference to BP. I guess BetPhoenix doesn't want any piece of the hundreds depositing referrals I've had this football season, and frankly I don't give a rip! I'm only commenting because I find this so disrespectful to all of your affiliates!![]()

Thanks for commenting, Potsie. I was beginning to think I was completely alone on this. The site is back up now, but the lack of communication has been, for want of a better word, utterly pathetic.
After losing our International ISP, the change over to a local ISP includes movement of IP addresses. Enough IP's were moved to restore the majority of gaming elements on our different sites (brands), and to move past client connectivity issues. We finally got more IPs from our local ISP and could get Affcorner back up. Once again I really apologize for the inconvenience. Affcorner is finally up and we're working on a new affiliate software to offer all of our affiliates a wider range of marketing tools.
Priscilla, just noticed the program is back up.
Also noticed that stats stopped tracking from 20 November, while betphoenix.com went back up shortly after the sites all went down. I continued sending players to both your brands assuming the problem would be a temporary stats presentation problem and would not effect tracking.
Can you let us know how you plan to address the tracking 'black hole' from 21 Nov to now?
Please tell me you are not just hoping to acquire these player free.
cheers

No problem. Funny how quiet it was till then hey? In this day and age it is suicide to be that silent when your program is crippled for two weeks during the heart of NFL and holiday football games! My other programs produced many signups and nice revs. I was brand new with affcorner, but I feel for the affs that are deeply dependent on that program. Maybe some day I can promote them again, but not until there are changes. I have no problem dropping programs that have poor service, tracking, support, etc.

The few IPs we got from ICE (local ISP) were used for our sportsbooks. We had to wait until the local ISP could provide more IPS to get Affcorner up and going. Obviously at the time the affcorner was down all tracking links were broken. I would like to discuss each case separately, so please PM me with your aff info. I will get back to you asap.
