    Sorry, forgot to update the thread.

    Mike has been very responsive in terms of answering the phone and getting back on emails quickly. Some of the responses aren't what I would prefer, for example giving timeframes of installment payments rather than taking care of the full open balances right away, but there does seem to be some action and much more speedy replies than previously.
