    Default Affiliate account transfer agreement

I am currently transferring account from physical person to my company. It was always just copy/paste, but now I have to do a lot of paperwork and they want the "transfer agreement". It is not exactly purchasing the account, it is just a formal thing (although price might be 1 USD or so).

Anyone has a contract template for such a thing? It would save me a lot of time.

It does not have to be something bulletproof, I am on both sides of the transfer. But something that would satisfy the affiliate program.

    Thanks.

We had no issues changing the accounts to our biz back in 2012, just changed the name, odd they want documentation... perhaps they would accept a copy of your articles of organization that show your name as owner/manager/officer etc?

I have sent proofs of addresses, certificate of incorporation, scans of ID card of owner, bearer certificate, probably some more things.

Now I need this transfer agreement.

I do not argue, I do not question this world. I believe there is some reason behind this all.

This site might have some forms that you can modify to cobble together something that satisfies the program.

It's one of the places I go to when stumped as to how to write a form or document.

Sherlock, getting a business lawyer to handle this would be a wiser approach; just in case the company on the other end turns to bitchism.

I probably wrote it wrongly. The company will not turn into bitchism. I am "selling" the account to myself. I just consolidate minor affiliate accounts from physical person to my company, because my structures are now too much complicated.

They want an agreement, which is a very common and logical business practise. Old owner confirms he's ok with the transfer and so does the new owner. I think that's ok.

I have a very simple document where I put the details of both parties and a request to change.

It starts with details of the account, for example the affiliate account with the name Triple7 at AwesomeCommissionPartners. I also mention the details of the owner of the account.

Then the details of the new owner of the account. Document will be signed by both parties and in case of a company, I provide a document that the person that signs has the right to do so in name of the company.

The conditions under which the account is sold, transfered or whatever is not relevant for an affiliate program.

No. You wrote it right. I read it wrong.

Gooner's link may do the trick.

For some reason I read this as bit-chism instead of bitch-ism...

Anyways I had a similar problem with a "business partner" based in Russia. They requested something like an apostilled and officially verified copy of ID which is something impossible/illegal in my country to do - and noone will do it for you because the law explicitely states you cannot do it.

So I tried to explain them three times, same story every time. Then I sent them a fake, they accepted it and released my money...

Same for my country. I always do it in another country. For example Austrian notaries have no problem to verify IDs. Uk bankers do the same.
