    Affiliate Club Adds Fees

Summary of Changes: It seems that the ability to add new fees to charge the affiliate for Affiliate Club's 'Cost of Business' are now possible with the new contract

Guard Dog's Reflections on the Impact for Affiliates: The term does state 'pending affiliate acceptance'. However, that is only the percentage of the fees. The fees themselves are now part of your commission structure. :(

    Details:

    Predatory:

    4. Fees 4.1 Fees deduction A monthly fee will be deducted as royalty's fees and payment cost fees. These percentages will be updated from time to time as per company decision, and pending the affiliate acceptance.

    Hello

I would like to post something to this on behal on our team. I have posted this answer also at AGD.

We are celebrating our 10th anniversary with long lasting relationship with great affiliates from the industry. Since our affiliate relationship is also build on honesty, we do not hide the fact that we want to charge payment costs and royalty fees. This change give us the ability to compete with other affiliate programs already charging the fees and offer great reward plans with promotions to our affiliates.

We do understand that any change of a commission structure is very sensitive subject, therefore we make sure to talk to our existing affiliates personally. All currently running deals are openely discussed directly with our affiliates and new updated deals are agreed for all to be happy.

At IGB supershow at Dublin, we will be launching our new reward plan, which will be more than interesting.

All our affiliates are welcome to contact us (or me) directly in case of any questions.

    Thank you

    Kat

Have the affiliate management teams also been faced with a reduction in the amount of money they make although their job has become more difficult?

Since the program has celebrated it's 10th anniversary it's justified right?

    Hello All

thank you for your valued comments.

The 10 years anniversary shows we are a serious and respected company with a solid experience also in the affiliate business field.

But not to forget the main point here, the fact is that we are not adding the fees into the commission calculation process "just like that" without talking to our affiliates. We had communicated this message to most of our active affiliates before updating the T&Cs. All our existing affiliates are asked to accept the new T&Cs with the chance to openly contact us in case of any questions, this way we can discuss a solution for our affiliates to stay happy.

    Thank you and Happy Easter!!!

    Kat
