Posting on a forum about people you don't personally know Itay, because they are posting on a forum about people they personally don't know, is not especially logical old boy.

No, they have not. The only reason anyone is aware of this is because the Affiliate Guard Dog tracking system noticed the change, and then kwblue spread the news.

Thanks. John/Affiliate Club - why haven't you informed your current affiliates of this change yet and when will you?

I just dont get why they do this,

It is so annoying when affiliate programs force you to continue to send a set amount of players etc to be able to receive future payments.

As far as i am concerned if you get just one sign up then you get paid for it end of, i stopped promoting 10bet because they force you to get 5 active accounts per quarter.

There should be no conditions at all set on players whatever amount that you send to a program, you send them you get your share, Hardly rocket science

But i am neglectful of T&C, this forum has highlighted an issue i need to take seriously, im off to check out AGD right now

It really is too bad that John, earlier in this thread, states 'The term is here to stay'. Shows just how short-sighted this program is being.

Just an FYI - we are gaining on them:

    Google - Affiliate Club

    and, of course:

    Google - Affiliate Club Rogue

John - please re-consider this term. As much as your organization 'feels' this is good for them... it truly is not. You may not notice this immediately, but you will. Change it before it truly hurts the company beyond repair

    Good Stuff Guard Dog

I will be adding my dedicated Affiliate Club rogue page this morning. If anyone else rogues them and wants to swap links, please by all means let me know. This way we will fly up google all the quicker.

Any predatory term changes which are retroactive should and will always be dealt like this by my sites.

I notice in Affiliate Club's meta description:
    Reputable & Trusted Brands ...
There is absolutely nothing to be trusted about a program which introduces predatory and retroactive term changes. Plus they are still using the Affiliate Guard Dog Certified Badge on their home page!!

    My page is up:

    Affiliate Club

If anyone wants me to exchange links with their Affiliate Club Rogue page please pm me.

This rogue page will remain until John sees the light and realises that there is no room in this industry for Predatory and retroactive changes to T & C. Affiliates should not have to lie down and accept clear breaches of contract with the programs we promote.

Well no answer here, and the latest Affiliate Club newsletter came out and no mention of it. What a great way to treat your affiliates.

I got 5 of them all at once Kind of funny considering.

Nope - they haven't changed their predatory terms and apparently are not planning on doing so.

Avoid this company like the plague. It's not worth your time until they understand that affiliates do not work for free...

    LOL.

Casino Club tried to steal €8000 from one player, who eventually got paid after the casino got laughed off the internet.

For their latest games, see my most recent (and huge) article. €200,000 up for grabs this time, including a €25,000 deposit.

Players get shafted, noooooooooo, there's no problem with Casino Club.

Affiliates get whiff of a nasty TERM, let alone no money yet stolen, and you're all over it a bunch of starved monkeys on a crate of bananas.

Yeah, yeah. Whatever. At least I can sleep at night.

    I'll reserve my sympathy.

That's a bit on the judgemental side, Caruso. AGD points out terms changes (in case you aren't aware). That's what I have done. I haven't asked for sympathy Only reporting the facts, sir.

Not that AC cares but they are on the out list for me as well, I had planned on a fresh review and work hard on bringing players but not now. I think the thing that rips me is that they slid this new term under the radar and did not notify anyone of the changes.

Kudos to AGD for seeing the change and letting us know. Saves a ton of heartache down the road.

Last thought, I was deleting old bookmarks today and was killing my bookmark to them and accidentally opened the page. (honest) I see that they were rated the "Best Overall Online Affiliate Program" for 2009 by cap. Shame such a great program would be so deceitful!

Ok, this is the last, last thought... Will the AGD certification remain on their site???

Caruso, Affiliate Guard Dog does one thing - sniff out bad T&Cs in affiliate programs. As stated in the name.

To hold them responsible for a casino cheating players is like holding an olympic swimmer responsible for the failure of an ice scater.

The swimmer and the skater are all in sports, so they should all bear the blame?

Sometimes you don't make sense, some things have limited and targeted functionality and they are excellent in that functionality only.

I have contacted Chris at Affiliate Club and have been assured that he will get back to me once my requests are passed onto the rest of the team.

We will be waiting - thanks Chris.

I am in the process of blacklisting.

The timing, not paying a large winner (seen at Casinomeister) and adding a quota to affs makes it hard for affiliates to go with their conscience and pull them.

    That bothers me especially.

My comment was about affies promoting Casino Club, not the affy programme. There was no suggestion about the programme being responsible for Casino Club's anti-player actions.

    Again, as above.

Ha ha, yes. Ironic, isn't it?

I suppose if they do the right thing for the wrong reasons, that's something.

...Or do I mean, the right thing for the right reasons, but seen as the wrong reasons?...

    No, I mean the former.

Let's put it this way, Dominique: it gives you the chance to do the right thing, and screw the reasons.
