The google link needs/must/should serve as a warning to operators if you change your T&Cs you are going to have issues unless you work ith it out with GAU, AGD or the GPWA.

    Yes, they've already been rogued.

    Details here: Affiliate Lounge Rogued

The details clearly state why we have rogued them and why affiliates should NOT promote their properties.

Add that to the fact that it DON'T take long for the data/pages to hit the SE's and take over the first page in the blink of an eye.

Never supported them but will be very quick to rogue Affiliate Lounge. IMO they have no business here at the GPWA other than to recruit new naive members.

The details clearly state why we have rogued them and why affiliates should NOT promote their properties.
Nice work AGD now this is when the GPWA should give them the boot and GAU should be in hot pursuit IMO.

Our report and poll is here at the GAU and it seems to be a landslide in favour of a boycott. Although there is a close call on whether it will be a plain boycott or a time for the GAU to start discussions.

Affiliate Lounge, do you plan on responding?

You are well aware from the affiliate community this is a bad term change.

The whole thing is just bad business.

    It is bad for you.
It is bad for your affiliates.
It is good for your competition.

Let's work together instead of having Affiliate Lounge Rouged across the web.

While Affiliate Lounge is a GPWA sponsor, they were not rogued at the time we entered into a sponsor agreement with them. We initiated communication with them as documented in this thread to try to resolve matters in an amicable fashion: www.gpwa.org/forum/affiliate-lounge-going-retroactive-changes-tc-184044.html.

However, since we are not satisfied with the progress made in our attempts to communicate with them we have today made a decision to delisted Affliliate Lounge from the sponsor affiliate program listings on the GPWA website on the grounds that they are in violation of our code of conduct. We have the right to remove select sponsor benefits for programs that are not following the code of conduct.

For the time being we will leave other sponsor benefits in place. Specifically, we believe it is appropriate to leave the forum for Affiliate Lounge open so that there remains the possibility for Affiliate Lounce to engage in dialogue with affiliates if they determine they want to do so.

As the Affiliate Lounge representative was last here on 18 November and failed to address any of the issues I think it is time to remove them completely as a sponsor. It is obvious they have no intention of using the forum to work out the issues so why bother keeping it.

I've just seen J. Todds's show about this issue. We do promote Betsson, one of their brands, but after this I have no ideea if we'll keep them on our site for a long time.

I read some of aff lounge's replies here on the forum and can only say this was a very stupid move. I'm especially pissed because of that 5 NDCs / 3 month condition.
We operate on the Hungarian and Romanian market. Hungary is a small country, with only 10 mill. residents, so it's not a big market. At some point most of the people who are betting will have an account at one or more bookmaker, and conversions will slow down a lot. This year hasn't been a particularly good one if we look at new depositors. There's the financial crisys, people don't want to sign up to new operators to waste their money. Romania is even worse, Betsson is not available in Romanian language, so even less people will sign up from there.

And then, Affiliate Lounge decides to introduce these changes in their terms. It's just stupid, idiotic. We can still keep bringing them 4-5 NDCs/month, but for how long? Even though we are the biggest sports betting site and community in Hungary, there's no guarantee, that we can keep up this rate, which means at some point in the future our affiliate account can get closed down. So what's the point in promoting Betsson? This is the question I'm asking you guys from Aff lounge.
