Affiliate payments delayed and no answers from C-Planet

Hi,

I hope somebody from C-Planet will read this.

Since I didn't receive my affiliate payment on 15th as it is stated in the FAQ of their site I have tried to contact Joey and ask him about this.

However, I didn't receive any answer yet. I wrote him on Skype, Email and also wrote to C-Planet support email address.

No answers yet, after three days...

I want to get in touch with somebody from C-Planet.

Otherwise, I will have to begin the frustrating work of removing all their casinos from my sites.

Recieved this from "Joey" Yesterday - With Christmas around the corner this really puts the stress on.
I can barely afford to "stay in business" let alone survive when accounts are delinquent.

I understood from accounting that there was an issue with last month’s wires (aff accounts were paid twice) and this has been affecting this month’s payments.

If affs were paid twice why didn't they notified those affected instead of waiting until it was time to pay November commissions? These guys just keep getting worse and worse.

We have not yet received October earnings. In the C-Planet payments list, it shows as paid with date Nov. 3rd (Moneybookers), but the amount never arrived in our Moneybookers account.

I think I received a double payment as I saw two payments in my banking exactly the same.
I'd like to pay it back.
