    Smile

The word "forum" was born in the ancient Rome. The Forum Romanum was the central area of the city with business, prostitution, cult, part of the administration and of course commerce and religious activities. It was a place to discuss open. One thing never happened: Silence.

48 days later no response in this thread!

    Spam!

    48 days!

This is the time a Cormorant must stay in the nest after hatching!

Before i start to quote from other central areas regarding Club Gold spam i will give the representatives the chance to show respect for thebookiesoffers, the audience and all Cormorants in writing a public statement.

After 48 days, is that too much to ask for?

Both persons are online almost every day.

I wish all decent people a very nice weekend, and if you see the next time a Cormorant flying, then remember how long he had to sit in the nest, how long are 48 days.

    Leopold

Club Gold Partners would like to advise that it has come into contact with thebookiesoffers via private message in order to address this matter. At this stage it appears that the email referred to by thebookiesoffers was wrongly handled due to its having been sent to the wrong email address.

Club Gold Partners does not allow its affiliates to use spamming methods for promotional purposes. Apart from being illegal, we consider such practices to be intrusive and unethical. The use of spamming methods constitutes a breach of our terms and conditions and can result in the closure of an affiliate’s account. Any instances of spamming should immediately be brought to our attention for investigation and appropriate action.

"the email referred to by thebookiesoffers was wrongly handled due to its having been sent to the wrong email address"

This is nothing less than accusing thebookiesoffers indirectly, that he is too stupid to sent an email or just being a liar.
The same pattern as with me and the phone call with the "regulator".

No, thebookiesoffers is not a liar. He says what he thinks and unlike other persons truthfully.
No, thebookiesoffers is not too stupid to sent an email to the correct address. He isn't a novice, of course no drunkard, maniac or complete moron and should not to be treated in this way, that he is sending important statements to "the wrong email address".

By the way: Club Gold say, his email was sent to the wrong email address. How do Club Gold know? In Club Gold's scenario, it's possible, that the email wasn't sent out by a mistake or technical problem. No, Club Gold say, it was the wrong email address. From my view three possible answers to the question "How do Club Gold know?" exist:

    1. Perpetrator's knowledge in the classical sense
    2. Freudian slip
    3. Other reason

Moreover, 49 days are over without a response to the spam. Today Club Gold placed a post, but no substantially word about the spam.

Last week Club Gold became one more "rogue" status on a website, and as i am informed the next will follow in one week.

I can give Club Gold a good example how somebody is acting as a model. After my family was harassed with spam from Ibexnetwork, i received a very professional PM from Roxy, innocent, because other persons have abused Roxy.

It's simple: Do Club Gold deny, that thebookiesoffers was harassed with spam from Club Gold casino?

If yes, then this is the straw that breaks the camel's back and if no, then it's better for Club Gold to help a honest member of this forum instead accusing him indirectly that he is a liar or too stupid to sent out emails.

don't be so sure mate lol

Carmel and I had exchanged emails with the original posted email address in the original sending info, which clearly proved I used the correct email address which I pointed out.

That reply was then left on here afterwards which quite frankly is bollocks

    Ouch!

"I've got you!", the snapping turtle says after she saw the raised index finger.
    The weekend is saved.

    Thank you, thebookiesoffers.

Club Gold Partners would like to clarify that after a careful investigation we agree that thebookiesoffers had indeed sent his original email to the correct address. Unfortunately the email was rejected and ended up in our junk mail folder. It was then picked up by one of our call centre staff, who routinely monitor our junk emails, but who unfortunately failed to realise that this was a complaint to our affiliate team and instead thought it was a player who wished to unsubscribe from our mailing list. As a result, a reply was sent to thebookiesoffers which was not at all helpful.

We sincerely apologise to thebookiesoffers for mishandling his initial email and have now taken appropriate steps within our call centre to avoid such instances being repeated in the future.

We would also like to confirm that the affiliate responsible for sending the email in question has now been identified. A strong warning has been issued to this affiliate and it has been made very clear that using spam mailing methods constitutes a breach of our terms and conditions and is a matter taken very seriously by Club Gold Partners. We shall be monitoring this affiliate in future and any repeated breach of our conditions will result in the affiliate's account being immediately closed.

We would like to thank thebookiesoffers for bringing this issue to our attention and, once again, apologise for this inconvenience. We would like to hope that this incident will not be repeated.
