Alexa rank under 500.000

Hi everybody!

My name is Andras and I would like some replies from webmasters who already made it or I could also say are further then me. My website is around 5-6 month old my Alexa ranking is around: 1.077.000

Everybody says that PR rank does not mean anything anymore. But Alexa does. a site with a good alexa rank has many visitors. So I want to ask everybody to tell some directrois, forums, websites... where he advertises his site. And also please tell me about some advertising strategies. I really want that I see some money.. I work lots of hours and very little money till yet. Anybody who has ideas for advertising our websites please write. If somedoby made it to the top 500.000 in Alexa please write me how. I would be really thankfull. Also if anybody wants to exchange some links, please write me.

Alexa only counts hits from people with their toolbar installed. Mostly webmasters that won't make you a dime

Hmm.. LoL.. ok I didn't really know that, but anyway. Do you have any techniques which I could use to get more traffic?

Hi there, Im not a big expert but I have found that the really simple email lotto is a great way to send traffic to your site. Now myself, my page is only ranked 2 but its a forum and they have changed the links a few times ...but this email lotto is great and you get 1000 hits for every new sign up you send them.

I would appreciate if you use me as a referal if possible.

Isn't the Alexa spyware installed in XP by default now. I thought the reason Microsoft bought a spyware remover company was to stop their paid for spyware being removed.
