Yea Nandakishore, I am refering to clicks. Oddly enough I get about 2 clicks per 3 visitors (from Google). The only time my numbers are off is when I do social bookmarking where the traffic isn't qualified.

I don't check my alexa very much but I'm sure it's low, or high, I guess thats a bad thing lol. I just check my traffic and my results. According to google ranking and alexa, I suck.
If you are like this, please don't be discouraged. My searches are great and I have absolutly NO complaints. I just quit my day job!

Congrats mojo! You must be doing really well if you can quit your day job. As for the Alexa rank, there are many top websites with poor Alexa rank.

Thanks guys! My last day is Friday and then I will need a whole new wardrobe of pajamas.
I probably couldn't have done it or been brave enough without my Joe who is also a webmaster. He taught me a lot and pointed out that the time I am spending at the office could be better spent working for myself. I am not in the big league (yet ) but just happy that my bills are paid every month for now.
No more bosses!! Instead of shoveling the car out of the snow to get to work, I'll be getting the fireplace going instead. Thanks again for your wishes. It is a big change for me and a very, very good one!
Keep pluggin' everyone!

Congratulations mojo! Great news that you're business has grown to the point that you are comfortable taking that step. Well, maybe comfortable isn't the right word, because going out 100% on ones own is rarely comfortable at the beginning. I think the right word is confidence, and I've pleased to see you've developed enough confidence in your portal webmastering business to take the step, or maybe leap, that you've taken.

Thank you Michael. I want to say that the GPWA has played a very important role in my quest to be full time. The help from fellow webmasters, affiliate managers and everyone else is what has guided me over the last few years. Especially through our rough times. It's amazing to see others so willing to help in this competive industry like they are here.
I am feeling pretty confident. I have given it about two years of consistancy before I was willing to take the risk. I've always worked outside so this is very liberating. Even though I'll be working twice/three times as hard, the only one I have to answer to if I take a two hour lunch is me and I'm a pushover lol.
