I just received an email from Constantine Kornilios ex affiliate manager of LeoJackpot Affiliates. He notified me that the owners of the program were extremely unethical.

I think it's time that these crooks are exposed! This industry is going from bad to worse by the day.

I have to applaud Constantine for the way in which he handled the matter. Read for yourself this is what he had to say.

''Dear Affiliates,

Hope this email finds you well.

This is Constantine, the ex-head of affiliates for LeoJackpot.

I am sending you this email from my personal email address as I do not longer work for LeoJackpot.

I wanted to contact you earlier but I had to make sure I receive my final payment before doing that. I hope you understand.

The reason for sending this email is that I would like to bring to your attention the practices used by LeoJackpot and which resulted in me leaving the company.

Unfortunately their work ethics are not to the standard they should be. To make it sort, they are stealing your registered players with LeoJackpot and using their details to email them (with their own affiliate tracking code) offers from other operators. The email used is : newsletter at bccampaign dot com

Also, with a bit of investigation I discovered that the guy owning 50% of LeoJackpot, and who runs the operational side of things, has an interesting history:

Lastly, before I left the company, I overheard some discussions about launching another operation with the name xxlcasino.

I would like to advice you to avoid LeoJackpot as well as xxlcasino if they launch it. These kind of people should be ousted from the industry.

PERSONAL NOTE: I am not going to gain anything from this email besides standing up to what I feel is right. I follow or at least try to follow my principals on a daily basis and do not compromise for anything. I have been told that this might affect my future prospects of finding employment in this industry but I am willing to take that risk. I am an affiliate manager that enjoys building trustworthy relationships on equal terms( I treat affiliates as I would treat my friends). That is something all affiliate managers should strive for. And because of that, I could not just stay silent and therefore decided to send you this email.

Normally I won't include a person's name due to security reasons. In this case I've done so because Constantine decided to bite the bullet and warn affiliates about the site's underhand tactics. The only reason why we signed up with LeoJackpot Affiliate is because Costa is a solid bloke and I had previous dealings with him.

Those of us who have been in the industry for many years now have reached a point where we say no more! Just visit the various forums (GPWA, CAP, and AGD) to see how many programs have gone bust or shaved players and affiliates the last year or so. To be honest I don't even keep track anymore.

Despite regulation I still think this industry is still not properly policed. It has become a haven for criminals using online casinos as a platform to further their diabolical activities. It also sorely lacks transparency. Aside from the affiliate managers we're dealing with how many of us know the faces behind the casinos we're promoting? Just have a look at the company profile of most companies outside the online gambling niche. They list the names of management/directors on their sites. The day there's more transparency in this niche the less shaving will occur.

The owners of LeoJackpot blatantly shaved affiliates and still have the audacity to start a new site (xxlcasino). To compound matters further it's licensed in Malta a so-called white listed jurisdiction. I'm beginning to think this jurisdiction is becoming a joke despite the regulations it imposes on licensed operators.

If this is no act of revenge because of financial disputes but in fact an "Edward Snowden Outing", then the next step for Constantine would be to cancel his public interview, published only 4 months ago (!), where he -with profile pcture (!)- describes exactly the opposite.

With his outing he cannot keep on singing the praises of the people of LeoAffiliates with that public interview. That can be interpreted by some readers, who don't know details, to his disadvantage.

What Constantine describes is a common practice by some programs (at least in the past), and it will be done by affiliate manager too. As always: The good programs have to suffer by this. There are different ways to steal from webmasters.

Example?

A player with good quality is near-constant losing his money since some time. After a black day and quick before (!) the player makes his next big deposit, the player will be rebooked from the webmaster account to a "phantom account". Only the affiliate manager (or casino owner) have control over this account. The player disappears in the webmaster account, and the webmaster don't see any actions (for a while) regarding this player.

The affiliate manager (or casino owner) now wait as longs as the player makes again a big deposit (in the "phantom account") and is losing his money. If the player is broken and only after this then the player will be rebooked to the webmaster account. The webmaster did not notice a thing from what really happened with the player.

This fraud can hardly be proved, because there is no discrepancies betweent deposits, net gaming and revenue share. The balance sheet of the webmaster account is still "correct" by the view of the webmaster. Only whistleblowers can reveal this.

I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few things.

I notice that CBM Sport has also been mentioned. This is incorrect. CBM Sport is not part of LeoAffiliates.
While it does belong to the company that owns the other 50% of LeoJackpot, that company (FenGaming) and CBM Sport have nothing to do with my email and the content of it.
Actually FenGaming is a good company, operating since 2004 and with a very good code of conduct.
To go further in depth in regards to this: FenGaming provided the games and infrastructure for LeoJackpot. The operational side of things (which is what my email talks about) was ran by Tuukay and this guy with the many names.

I know for a fact that FenGaming is trying to break their partnership with Tuukay, for the obvious reasons, and I hope they do manage to achieve that. They are a professional outfit and could make LeoJackpot successful if they had full control.

Also, in regards to myself and some comments made. I have no financial disputes. I patiently waited until I got my final payment before sending the email.

In regards to the interviews I did. As an affiliate manager, it is my duty to promote the brand I work for and try and outline the unique selling points of that brand. Even if I might have had some suspicions at the time of my interviews, I had to continue doing my work until these suspicions became solid. I think that makes sense.

I hope that helped answer a few of the questions that might arise.

There is no doubt, that he is a crook because of what he did in the past. In this case (!) evidence from one (!) witness are not on his side, but it's too soon for a definitive verdict in this case. I have a reason to say that and will wait ... perhaps until next week.

To be honest I think it's unethical, why would I want to work with someone that's in direct competition with me.

Assuming your info on the affiliates sites is correct, it stands to reason that ''Remme'' has been syphoning the players affiliates referred off to his own portal sites. I think this bloke must be blacklisted across all jurisdictions and not be allowed to run his own casinos any more. What he's doing is criminal.

If you can provide proof, I will personally turn my applause into a standing ovation and I'm sure many, if not all others will do the same. But without proof, I suspect that it will be business as usual for many peeps.

I will sent Constantine 1 minute after I have written this post a PM to bring your question to his attention, because then he will automatically informed by email. He may have overlooked your post.

GPWA is the last resort for rules of law in this industry.

My opinion is, that it's the best to pool expertise and any information that is important for the audience. A mountaineer is not able to scale more than one peak with success at the same time.

Recognising the legal obstacles, it would be the best for Constantine to stop writing in public regarding this issue as long as legal situation is clarified, because the first conspiracy theories in this case (dwarf scenario) were born, and history show, that abstruse conspiracy theories are the end for any serious investigation, even if a real conspiracy exist.

By the way ... regarding conspiracy theories ... history show, that it's possible to muzzle thousands of people over decades!
Not every conspiracy theory is nonsense! Especially after 9/11 "conspiracy theory" was popularized as a pejorative term by the government at that time to avoid uncomfortable questions.
