Robin are you able to tell us why we are not getting the statements on or around the 5th like we used to. It's worrying that in the last few months we have had to follow up.

Throughout all the stats issues over the last 14 months, payments was about the only issues that was working properly and now it seems that isn't either.

Hi Jarvi,

I noticed this as well this month from feedback that I have gotten here on the forum. I am not quite sure why this has occurred the last couple of months but I am going to look into this with our payteam and Affiliate Managers and try to get to the bottom of this and get things back on track.
