    Thanks Michael.

Indeed FTP and UB and Absolute are all gone under in my books.

More or less they are basically the "Three Stooges"

They are an Ultimate scam and Absolutely gone. Frankly, I don't get why those who promoted them are whining about their commissions today, when have they sent players to the slaughter house, knowingly doing so. Credit to the gpwa in making them pay, and offering an alley to talk and resolve issues to the same people who are complaining today. From my point of view, it is also silly to point fingers at the Gpwa, by saying they have made or make money from such sponsors. It's a great service they provided to the merchant, and to the affiliates, too! In truth they have always done right, allowing forums to pressure up on such programs!

    My emails too are ignored.

Since this is very much an ongoing business with revenue coming in, this is unacceptable.

Since we will not be listened to the choices are:

    a) walk away

    b) sue

When Grand Prive screwed us over I was in favour of b), but there was a lack of support in terms of anything tangible to go after them legally.

I would thus open the floor for expressions of interest for who is interested in suing as a block with a contribution of $1,000 per affiliate towards legal fees (refundable of course if it costs less) paid direct to the representing attorney. An attorney will not do a case for this industry on contingency. It would go without saying only those contributing would be covered by the case. While I'm not wanting anyone stiffed here, I can't fund free legal services.

We would need of course enough on hand to start an action.
I buy portals and affiliate accounts. If interested please get in touch.
