Anyone know a 3rd party email server that WILL let me send gambling emails to my list

    Hi People,

I am having a real issue sending emails to my opt-in list. I am only trying to send a few thousand; can prove where the email addresses have come from etc, and still I can't find find a email marketing provider who doesn't block me right at the last moment.

I am not trying to Spam - seems as soon as they read "Bingo" in my post, the shutters come down.

Any help would be most appreciated...

    Thx

If the list is truly opt-in, (opted in to YOU) then why don't you just send them direct from your own domain?

If it is only a few thousand, you should be able to send it out in batches.

You could also purchase a third party newsletter program to do the actual mailing. The only time consuming part of that would be getting the list imported into the 3rd party program but many of them allow for import od csv files as well as other formats.

Yep - is opted in to me.

Thank you for your advice and that might well be the route I have to go down.
Was hoping that not all 3rd party email marketing suppliers rejected gambling.

Why do you think you need a 3rd party if the list is opted in?

There are a number of third party's to work with that do not have the restriction, maybe someone will recommend a few here for you.

    Hi Menofsnow!

Have you heard about Exact Target?

It is a messaging platform for email marketing amongst others.

I don't know if it will suit you (it's a paying service btw) but you can always take a look: http://www.exacttarget.com/. I am pretty sure you can send gaming related emails through this.

One of its features I know about is some kind of verification process of your email before you send it. The system indicates if your email will be assimilated to spam and gives you tips on how to slightly modify the wording so that it sails through.

    Hope this helps.

So that means if you are selling Viagra, be sure to spell the word viagra differently....

When I get an email trying to sell me viagra, if it is speeled differently I don't consider it spam.

I don't come by often but this made me laugh.

I found good success sending out smaller bulk emails with a reputable company. Instead try smaller say 500/day as opposed to 20,000.

Just a thought or the way I conduct business.
