    Default Anyone with problems with Vera&John | JPJ Group (plainpartners) ?

    Please, is anyone having any issues with jpjGroup? I have an issue with a past payment and didn't get any reply from 3 affiliate managers. I have an open ticket for over a month with no reply. I even tried with customer support and other channels like linkedn. Really weird.

    Sorry about your trouble. The only contact that I could find for you is an affiliate manager named Carl. His Skype ID is carl.plainpartners

    Really weird. They still not replying the e-mails, and nobody is talking about them on forums.

    I know that Vera & John have been discussed here various times over the years but was unable to find any recent threads with pertinent information.

    Plainpartners has been mentioned a few times suggesting unfair bonus deductions hidden as admin costs

    casinobillionaire, I know, but they did respond at AGD on that thread just last Friday. So I think that they should respond again and soon. Ask them there for their contact details. You can even tell Guard Dog to speak to them on your behalf. I'm sure he'll be happy to help you out.

    I received the payment yesterday (Feb 19). Anyway, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication (including in 3 forums I posted this case). I never got any e-mail from the affiliate managers about this case.

    I haven't had an affiliate contract directly. I have used the ASP.
    Once I contacted them, they behaved weird... I'm sorry for your trouble.
