Hmm, "fiance' thought I was carrying over a minus? Please elaborate. How was this missed? Do you actually carry over negative balances? What would have happened if I hadn't chased this, every day?

Worth adding, I did not have a minus to carry over last month so WH's last post does not ring true. Something is screwy here.

No negative carry over is not standard with the deals we do. It would have been picked up on quickly as our AM's are keen to make sure you guys get what you are owed. As your account is an old account that has a "no negtaive carry over" on it. In previous months where there were minuses on the account where showing up in finances figures. (we are talking Nov-2009, October-2010 & Feb2011). While the account was zeroed at the end of the month we still have to make a note of the minus. As we do not do a "no negative carry over" on 95% of all our accounts anymore, finance thought it wise to stop and ask. Hence the delay.

We have still not received payment yet for January, but our affiliate account is always ignored by the finance department. I don't know what can be done to get it on their radar, nothing I suspect as has been like this since we started to promote WH once again after their well-documented troubles. Our AM is good though so we have always been paid these last few months, it just takes some chasing.
