    APCW Audits: 400 Affiliates

    APCW Audits: 400 Affiliates

Introduction: Within the past 30 days, the APCW conducted an audit of the 400 Affiliates affiliate tracking software and the Cocoa Casino player experience.

Audit: Testing was conducted by an auditor who visited Cocoa Casino via an affiliated link. There were no webmaster affiliate tracking issues.

    Cocoa Casino bonuses offered:
    1. 100% Bonus up to $500
    2. A high roller bonus deposit $1500 get $1000 free
    3. A free $10 Instant Bonus

In order to receive the bonus you must claim it in the cashier before making deposit. So if you do not want any type of bonus you have the option.

A couple of items in the promotional terms are worth mentioning:

Due to an overwhelming history of promotional abuse, players from Denmark, China, and Poland are not eligible for bonuses. Players from Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Sweden and the Ukraine will be forced to abide by separate wagering requirements for offered promotions.

Players can withdraw up to $2000 per day, $4000 per week and $8000 per month.

Unfortunately, the timing might be a little bad on this report, but it is what it is.

You all probably need to re-vist this report based on the following email that went out today.

Here is a copy of it.

    Hi everyone,

It's been a long process, but Rival and the collective
operators have come to a decision regarding the Progressive
    system and deductions.

All progressive wins that were not credited to affiliates will
be calculated over March and credited as a lump sum to the
April commission payments. Effective March 1^st, 2010 for all
Rival white-label properties, progressive deductions will now
be carried forward in the case that an affiliate goes negative
from the deduction. It is necessary to carry forward
progressive deductions as it must be zero-sum to both the
operator and affiliate to make sense.

Also occurring on March 1st, all fraud charges and progressive
deductions (as mentioned above) will carry forward if an
affiliate becomes negative. Fraud charges include chargebacks
    and/or processor seizures.

    Detailed Description of Progressive System:
Affiliates will continue to have progressive contributions
deducted and will continue to get credit for all progressive
cash outs. Additionally, affiliates will receive credit for
any progressive wagering losses once a player's balance
reaches 10% or less of the original jackpot win amount. Any
progressive deductions will carry forward month on month if an
account shall go negative. An affiliate will participate in
the progressive deductions in the same way as an operator.
    Example)
    Player wins $25k jackpot
    Seed is $4k
Affiliate contributes their % of each progressive wager for
    all cases
    Case 1:
    Player cashes out $25K
Affiliate is limited to having ANW reduced by an amount up to
the seed amount so ANW is reduced by -4K
    Case 2:
Player cashes out $22K and loses the remaining 3K
Affiliate gets ANW reduced by seed amount (4K) but then
increased by 3K on payout completion (10% or below) for a net
    ANW of -1K
    Case 3:
Player cashes out $10K and loses the remaining 15K
Affiliate gets ANW reduced by seed amount (4K) but then
increased by 15K on payout completion (10% or below) for a net
    ANW of +11K
    Case 4 :
    Player loses the entire 25K
Affiliate gets ANW reduced by seed amount (4K) but then
increased by 25K on payout completion (10% or below) for a net
    ANW of +21K
    Case 5:
Player loses 10k of the 25K, he doesn't cash out
Affiliate does not have any ANW adjustment
    Case 6:
Player loses 5k, cashes out 10k and has balance of $10k
Affiliate gets ANW reduced by seed amount (4k) but then
increased by 10k for a net ANW of +6k

And additionally, can anyone tell us exactly which Rivals are "White Labels" and which are not!
It's starting seem like a dog with a note in his mouth can get a Rival Casino skin and pretend to be legit!
Remember the old T.V. Show, "To Tell The Truth"?

Will the REAL RIVAL CASINOS please stand up??

There are only two Rival Casinos that I for sure know are not "White Labels", that is Box24 Casino and Sloto'Cash Casino.

They both have their own processors and in-house support.

I just started a new thread over at Casinomeister also regarding what "White Label" Casinos really are. You might be interested in it, if so, it is HERE

    Thanks Guru.
Too many white labels has always been a problem on some level or another.

It seems to be catching up with this provider as well.

While I have generally felt OK with most of the Rivals, this latest retroactive affiliate terms change appears to be very damning, IMO.

Anyone have the time to disect it for us?
Unfortunately, I don't know for sure yet, but it sure looks like a another screw job to affiliates from what I see there.

PS: I'm thinking Pantasia and Superior might be "Real Casinos" also? Anyone know?

I agree, I just posed another concern regarding that one over at Guard Dogs site HERE

Pantasia and Superior and all of the rest of the Rival Casinos use the "Pantasia Processor" to process payments and are also owned by Silverstone Overseas Limited and they also use Rivals centralized support system.

If anyone does not agree with my take on Rival "White Label" Casinos, then please by all means correct me.

Players can withdraw up to $2000 per day, $4000 per week and $8000 per month.
I am glad they have increased these amounts because I was totally put off a while back when I used to play at Da Vincis Gold and found I could only withdraw a maximum of $500.00 per day.

The shitty side of these limits is that high rollers are not going to like having to wait for 10 months to be paid out if they win 80K

I am not trying to knock 400 Affiliates as I do promote them and believe they are a good crowd, but they should consider increasing their withdrawal limits to cater for high rollers, or even normal players who win a large amount.
