Articles for Links question

We have been exchanging links for articles for while now but now I think its time to start exchanging articles for links..


My question is about duplicate content.

If we offer an article for exchange for a link should we only do it once. Or can we offer it the article to more then one person in exchange for a link

Further more should we rewrite the article for each link we exchange with.

You MUST NOT offer the same article to more than 1 person in this way, unless you make it clear that is what you are doing. I can say pretty much 100% that no one would want a duplicate article.

People take articles and offer a link back as a way of getting fresh unique content.

No one wants duplicate content.

Using 1 article and rewriting it properly would be ok, however, people would be happy with that.

If you have a unique article you want to give me for a link back i will certainly take one, however, not a duplicate one please

yea, I agree. Make sure your content is 100% original if you are going to give away then make sure your fellow affiliates who post your content will not suffer a possible duplicate content penalty.

We have never offered out our articles other then posting them in Ezine which and one other which I am starting to think was a terrible idea.


I think for now on if if want to offer up the article we do as suggested here. One article one link and move on to the next.
