Attn: Joey Brown - New Player Complaint

    Hi Joey,
I just received a complaint from one of Cherry Red's players and I am hoping you can take a look at the issue and see what you can do to help out. Please PM me and I will send you the players name and email address.

    Kind regards,

    Rick

email:Cherry Red will not pay me my winnings. I have won 250 dollars in Roulette through them. I requested a wire and was told it was come within a week -two weeks. 3-4 weeks go by and I get a email saying they cannot process it anymore without a SWIFT number. I give them a swift number and have been trying to contact them since with no replies. They have simply started ignoring me. I cannot get my 250 dollars through them and can not get through. Can anyone from this site help with this situation? Thanks

    -Rich

Three days now and I haven't heard back from you about this matter Joey. What have you found out about this player not being paid his winnings?

Forgive me if I am wrong.

But is not C - Planet stiffing many players and affiliates? From what I am reading they are exercising bad practices of not paying players and affiliates.

I really think something more formal needs to be done about this. It would appear they are heading into the "R" zone.

Today we received yet another payout complaint from a customer who hasn't been paid in over 2 months. Both players are now telling me that the Rushmore Group will no longer make payouts to Bank of America.

We are now on the 5th day with no explanation from Joey Brown. We have also been told by C-Planet in the past that they will no longer respond to affiliate inquiries about player complaints. I was hoping this policy had changed and was doing my best to try and give C-Planet a chance to redeem themselves. Clearly nothing has changed and the way I see it this is a violation of GPWA's Sponsor Code of Conduct and I certainly would expect more from a Platinum Sponsor.

    Affiliate Complaints

Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint.
I'll leave the politics of the GPWA and theirs Sponsors to the GPWA but as of today the Rushmore Group is Blacklisted and I will issue a warning to all players to avoid this group of casinos. I think I have been very patient and gone out of my way to try and help resolve player issues with C-Planet and the Rushmore Group but for months now I have gotten nowhere. I've had enough and so have the players.

    HI Rick,

I am sorry you have been experiencing this. You have expressed yourself very professionally and I really appreciate as a webmaster myself how you have handled this for your players. The politics of the GPWA are interesting but i wanted to share with you a post I made September 12th as a Private concerned member here for affiliates and players.

    http://www.gpwa.org/forum/officially...ht=#post662516

Till this date no one has yet replied. I would urge you to post your concerns in private as well and ask for the immediate termination of C Planets Sponsorship here. I can't understand why its been ignored up until now to be honest - maybe they have not seen my post.

I am not an affiliate of C Planet - but still I feel its my duty to ask the GPWA to protect its affiliates and players alike. I hope they eventually take care of this soon - so no more players will get ripped off.

I commend you for taking immediate action and have allot of respect for how you handled this.

Please get in touch with the management and make a request i the Private forums. Maybe that will help if you request it - since its possible my concerns were ignored (just for argument sake -as a back up).

    Hope things get sorted mate.

Thanks for keeping us updated Rick.

I also was hopeful that new personnel would get us to a better place. Really surprised to hear you have been told they will no longer respond to affiliate's with player complaints, that is not showing a commitment to solving problems together.

I see the non-responsiveness as a code of conduct violation as well. I will move this issue forward.

    Hi

Thanks Big Daddy, the information you provided was followed up on and I have an email from operations regarding the player in my inbox since the 28th. They are in touch with the player and have been throughout. Regarding payouts, there have been some specific problems of late, although the vast majority face no issues and go out normally. We will have a new solution in place by the end of this week which should get us past this.

Regarding communication on this board, we just had a major holiday here that started on Wednesday (Sept. 28th), and carried on though the Sabbath. I was unable to work or check emails, although the casino operations went on business as usual. I am sorry that the GPWA community was unaware of this. In essence C-Planet was not open for business since the middle of last week. Please keep in that this should not be labeled "non-responsiveness."

As for affiliates not receiving payments, I see 99% of all accounts paid out, the 1% are accounts with have discrepancies in their payment information.

Just to let everyone know here I am open to communication so please feel free to contact me on this board or via e-mail.

    Cheers,
    Joey

As of late? That's simply not true. This payout issue with players has been going on since the beginning of the year Joey. It's not something that just popped up a few weeks ago. I've been hearing about the same processor payout excuses for several months and nothing ever changes. Here's a shocker... just as I was typing this reply I received another email complaining about Rushmore Casino not paying out an $800 winning.

Looks like i'm having the same problem with Rushmore as others. I won 800.00 and was informed of wire transfer on Sept.12 and would receive my winnings within 6-10 business days. After 15 business days no money. At the end of next week it will be 20.They said that they were in the middle of switching over their processing method and assured me that i would receive my funds. After reading and seeing the blacklist I've become very worried. What do you think the time frame for payout will be, if at all.
I've also sent out emails today to past players with complaints to see where they are at and if the casinos are in constant contact with them and so far I have received 2 responses.

The casino has never contacted me, through email or by phone. I have to call them or use live chat or write an email. No responses except through Live Chat where I am told that the money is on the way, but it never shows up. The last thing they told me was that Bank of Am would not accept a wire transfer - which isn't true because Jackpot Capital (who pays out in 4 days EVERY TIME) - just sent one to me. Plus they want me to give them my HUSBAND's bank info (he uses a different bank) and they say they will send it to his account. That sounds fishy to me. Why do they need his routing number and checking acct number??
They are just giving me the runaround!
    THANKS

    Hi Rick,

Yes, but I have been receiving excuse after excuse being told it will take 1-2 weeks. Everytime they request a new piece of information. I am now going into 2-3 months. The last time I was told to open an entirely new bank account which I have done. I am now told once again I need to wait a few weeks. That is currently where I am with them.

I feel I've done all I can at this point to try and help get things resolved between the players and the Rushmore Group. Nothing gets resolved and I only continue to get the same tired excuses. I'll continue to advise players to avoid this group of casinos until further notice.

IŽd specifically like C-Planet to comment on whether they will discuss player payment complaints with us affiliates, when we are asked to intervene. If a casino told me "we wonŽt discuss this with you", theyŽd have their links dumped as soon as I could power up the laptop.

At the very least the GPWA management should list C Planet with a warning alert - that is a responsible thing to do at this point to protect players and affiliates. There are some strong warnings and red lights here something is going wrong with C planet. I have scene it for several months, and have spoke to affiliates privately about it.

To leave C Planet as they are here at GPWA with no warning is irresponsible.

A warning should be mandatory immediately for the protection of everyone!

    Hi

Over the last few days I have understood from several affiliates that communication regarding player issues is an important topic. Starting today I will be open discuss such issues with all affiliates directly on a case by case basis.

I can not guarantee that I will be able to solve every request, however the issues will be forwarded to the correct departments ASAP.

    Cheers,
    Joey
