Bad luck with depositors

I was very happy for my first depositor, that happiness didn't last for long because that player made a chargeback. After that I got another depositor and it was the same. the last one the payer account was disable and the same happened. This is common or I just a have a very bad luck.

U should ask what country they are depositing from. I get this happen from time to time especially with Bet365. I realized what was happening was all out Dutch Players were able to deposit - but in fact Bet365 does not take Dutch players. I assumed sites would automatically not allow them to deposit, but as it turns out some get through.

Just an idea - I know with all our deposits - we get a few charge back, for this main reason - so we started to geo target.

I happens to me with Affactive and Bodog but I don't know from where the players from.

It sounds like bad luck. It happens to everyone, and its something you can't control. Hope you get some decent players soon.

If you do not know where the players are from - ask you AM. Without certain intel its hard to know whats going on. Bad luck is not the reason - there is always usual a reason - so best to ask them so you can adjust accordingly.
