Default Banners are not tracking despite making deposits

    Hello,

I am new to this world so please bear with me but I need some advice from more experienced affiliate marketters.

I run a blog and have banners for several big sports books. One day, I made 2 tests where I clicked on the links from my blog and signed up. This did not show up in my report. I contacted the support and they offered to track the player details and add it to the report.

I then did it again twice, changing browser, but with same result. Its not showing which means 500 people could sign up, make a deposit and I wouldn't get paid? so far I have made 4 sign ups from the affiliate links but nothing is showing

Has anyone tried this before or do you have any advice what could be going on?

I feel like I am sending free traffic and they are deliberately not paying me. In some cases I can see the click in my report but not the deposit. The support is downplaying the thing with they can't do nothing and its a matter of tracking technology.

Any help or thoughts would be highly appreciated

    JP

    You signed up 4 times?

Did any of the other stats show successfully in the reports, such as the banner impressions (if you are using them) or the actual clicks?

If the software is MyAffiliaes, did the ip address show at all?

Also, it would help hugely if you named the affiliate program, and when it comes to testing, performing 4 signups by yourself is not the avenue of testing to perform, and in fact if done incorrectly could jeopardize your account depending on the affiliate program.

Unless it's a totally rogue outfit, my guess is, the OP hasn't added the tracking code correctly. As he say's, all this is new to him.

Affiliate software is not 100% reliable in the first place. I have also seen how off it can be running white label casinos. For a white label casino that had no search engine traffic, we certainly did get a lot of registrations and players that were not linked to affiliates. I am talking about in the region of 50% of our players were assigned to affiliates, it would have been impossible that the other 50% came from anywhere else other than the affiliate program.

Can you send a private message which program you experience issues with?

Not a single reply to anyone in this thread, who, has offered help/advice to the OP, on his/her own request for help/advice

I wouldn't hold much faith, if any, in what this person has posted, or has claimed. Anyone who was genuinely concerned, would be right on top of this thread, given the OP feared he/she was being scammed.

Nothing more than a grain of salt, thread.

    Hi JP,

Could you contact me and let me know the programme you are having issues with?

Do you know what tracking software they are using?

I'm sure if they are on GPWA the guys here will help.

    Thanks,

    Kyle
