Hi All,
Can anyone recommend good converting casino and poker operators?
We are only trying to promote established names (currently signed up to Bet365, Party Gaming etc...) and are looking to work solely with lifetime rev providers.

Hi All,

I see you are based in London - does this mean you are targetting UK facing operators?
Different casinos/poker rooms convert differently is different markets/regions
I suggest you go to Google, type in the most common keywords for casino and poker and look at the results. Try and look at their guides/reviews (basically affiliate sites) - you will see a pattern in terms of who is being promoted the most.
This should give you quite an accurate plan of who to promote.

The answer to this question will vary from affiliate to affiliate and from site to site.
The key to determining the answer to this is always the same, test test TEST. (this is why campaign tracking in stats are SO very VERY important.
Depending on the method and source of the traffic generation, keywords used and content on the site and pages will affect the conversion of the visitor.
Casinos that convert on one site for an affiliate may not convert on another.
Only with thorough testing and study of results can you determine the best casinos or rooms that will convert the most consistiently on any given site.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

Appreciate the posts above. Have been told Bet365 converts very well, and that Ladbrokes struggles to convert. Interesting to hear of any positive stories. Would everyone recomend Will Hill's Affiliates UTD?
Overall I happen to like working with William Hill (although some will recommend against them)
While on the subject of Playtech's I can also recommend you test
BetFred (very VERY active and professional support here at the GPWA)
Wager Junction (also worth testing but use caution high minimum payment threshold)
RTG's
Affiliate Edge (Club World) Top notch service and support
C Planet
Mainstreet
Affactive (others speak highly of their conversions)
Rival's
Affiliate Wide
DeckMedia
Others (test test test)
Vegas Technology
CasinoCoins (excellent retention tougher to convert)

That's why it's important to test on your own, you will find many that feel Bet365 is a poor converter.
Like Rick said, there's no way of knowing how a casino will do on your site until you add it, and you're best not to limit yourself to casinos that others say convert well.
I think you'll struggle to find many that would recommend Affiliates Utd. I certainly won't touch them with a bargepole, but as has been said before it's all down to your own traffic.
Test, test and test again. What's working for everyone else won't necessarily fit with your traffic.
When you are talking about "conversion" are you talking about registration to funded?
Becuase the biggest issue i have with "conversion" is click to registration. For us as UK focused sportsbook, the registration to funded is very similar, ranging from 60-80% but average in 70's. For clicks to regisration though we can get big variations from 1% to 10% + , averaging around 6.5%
I understand for many casino affiliates a reg to funded of 50% would be good/norm? But what about your clicks to reg conversion?
my 2p worth on this topic.
If you are going to offer hills or ladbrokes at the moment they have a no deposit bonus to attract players, thus meaning your conversions would be around the 10% mark (reg to depositors). Both offer great bonuses for retention so if you do refer players to them, you can rest assured of a good life time value.
Interesting - will look into Affiliates Utd on the forum past threads.
Have found agreeing a deal a real protracted process, we shall see.
Thanks for the mention of Betfred, Rick.
cmdenny, PM me if you're interested in discussing Fred's. We can do no deposit bonuses for casino on a private, co-branded basis.

I would like to take this time to update my post above.Wager Junction (also worth testing but use caution high minimum payment threshold)
As of today I have been informed that Wager Junction has lowered the minimum payment threshold.
This is Great news for all affiliates and makes considering their program much more attractive even for smaller and new affiliates.
This shows that even though it did take us a while to convince them it was a good move, in the end they have shown that they do actually listen to affiliate's concerns and they should be commended for it.
Way to go Wager Junction.

Thanks for the update Rick.
Actually yes, we have been working on adding new payment methods and lowering the minimum payment threshold.
The problem concerned primarily our US affiliates who can - at the moment - only receive their commissions via Wire Transfer. I grant you that the $500 minimum via WT was a bit steep.
Thankfully, we have been able to move it to $250 now which is quite an improvement.
Overall, I can say that we offer pretty good minumum payment amounts now as well as a variety of methods.
Info available on our commissions page: http://wagerjunction.com/en-GB/Commision.aspx
It all depend on your traffic, theme, and how you promote (as you've probably heard this already but it's true). In my experience, the newest programs tend to convert the most for me.
