    Default Best Partners Issues/Questions

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, so please move it if necessary.

Has anyone else been having trouble with Best Partners (Betting Partners) over the past few days? My stats haven't been updated since January 20th and other areas of the site (payment instructions) have disappeared.

I received an email yesterday morning from a "Revenue Network Customer Support" saying they've launched a new affiliate site, and they included my Best Partners username in the email. Did anyone else get this email and can you confirm if Best Partners is once again rebranding to "Revenue Network"?

I didn't receive any emails or message from Best Partners about this move, so I'm wondering if anyone else knows more about this.

    Thanks!

Yeah the original site hadn't been updating either for me, then I remembered they were moving. Yesterday morning I received an invitation to join the new site. It's www.Revenuenetwork.com. You should have gotten the email, but then again I dont know if they are rolling it out in stages to people.
The email doesn't reference betting parthers/best partners at all, so possibly you missed it and/or check your junk mail. it came from "revenuenetwork".

All my stats are in there for the month and up to date as well now.

I received a couple emails previous about them moving though, you should have gotten those. Granted the last one was about a week before they moved... they probably could have done a better job reminding people the day before and/or in the Revenue Network email referenced the fact they are actually Betting Partners.

Even though you didn't get the email you could try going to it. My username was the same, and you have to do the lost/reset password thing to basically create a new password on it. Note also that when you go there it'll say "Account Management" and "Cashier" then with a Login button below. You basically have to establish your account on both. Kind of hokey but whatever. Just do the password recovery for each of them and you should be good.

    Here's the actual email:

    From: Revenue Network Customer Support
IMPORTANT: We’ve Officially Launched Our New Affiliate Site!

    Dear Partner,

Our new affiliate site is now live! You can access the new site by visiting https://www.revenuenetwork.com/ with your usual username.

Username: (this will be your username)

The new site will have two separate logins:
    • For account management
    • For the cashier, where you will be able to withdraw your funds.

Your affiliate ID and username for account management will remain the same as they currently are, but you will need to create new passwords for both your account management and cashier accounts.

In order to update your account management password, please visit https://accounts.revenuenetwork.com/password-reset.php.

Beginning in February, your commission earnings will no longer be sent directly to your Bitcoin wallet, but rather to your cashier account. When the funds are available in your cashier account, you will receive an email notification letting you know that you may make a request to withdrawal your earnings into your own Bitcoin wallet.

Please visit https://www.revenuenetwork.com/?overlay=forgot-password to setup your cashier account password now.

As we get more and more comfortable with the site, we want to know how you’re doing with it too!

Have you faced major road blocks and are not quite sure what to do?
Please let us know your feedback via email support@revenuenetwork.com at your earliest convenience and allow our support team to get back to you within 48 hours.
    Best Regards,

    The Revenue Network Team

    Revenue Network is legit.
BP will no longer update the old affiliate back end. The stats are going to stay up for a month or three, but then they will be gone.
I was advised to download all stats we wanted to keep because there will be no access in the future.

It's probably legit - but is pretty awful migration management.

Player numbers are different, maybe old inactive players have been removed.

    Same here ...

Go back to betting partners website and check the email address that they have for you - mine was changed / different - not a hack as it still went to my domain but it was definitely not something I'd every used or typed in.

How can they send out an email about Revenue Network not mentioning that they are Bestpartners / Bettingpartners?
I was only able to reverse-engineer it through the username (number) the sent in the email...

The only email instruction I ever saw is in this thread. If the email went to my spam it would have been deleted. Never heard of Revenue Network until reading this thread.

Same here. I was wondering what is going on actually.

Sending them in stages would make sense.

    Thanks.

I'm unable to reset the password because the new site revenuenetwork didn't send me an email. Betting Partners, please fix this.

I had a call with my affiliate manager there yesterday. There was clearly a little data missing in the transition. They were aware of it and it will be fixed. None of it is lost.

    By design I believe...

For those working with Bodog88, this took place already a couple months back.

It worked for me. The emails take ~5min to show up, and be sure to check your spam folder.

Another thing to consider is going back into the old affiliate client and checking your account information. Make sure the email address is correct. In my case, it was not due to a duplication issue with Bodog88. Again, my rep fixed it for me quickly and easily.

Many thanks for this info. I have received a reply from them since my post that they were looking into it. Based on past performance, they have always been excellent and acknowledge and solve problems without trying to avoid the issue.

It is apparent many emails have gone astray. Sending them on behalf of an unknown company to affiliates, who get hundreds of spam emails a day anyway, may not have been the best move. It must be generating a ton of queries their end.

Yeah - I find betting partners pretty good too.

I found my email was changed (a "dup1" had been added to it) so I've also tried resetting with that.
So far no success getting into the new site - and the old site has not updated in a week.

Pretty poor transition experience quite frankly.

I finally got signed in on Revenue Network with a different userid not the number. I only have access to bodog asia, bodog canada and bovada. and my links don't work.

The dup1 will 100% not work b/c it's not a real address, it's a duplication message given from MyAff (I imagine you have a B88 account also).

This is the issue we had. It is a limitation of MyAffiliates evidently. You can't use the same email address for more than one account.
We had our rep fix it, but essentially you'll need to log into BP I believe and change your email address there, then reset, in order to get into RN.

Odd, we have access to all of our non-Asia accounts in one account, all Asia in the other, as it was before the transition to RN.
