    They responded to my trouble ticket, all they repeated was when the emails were sent. Nothing about the my problem

    Just checked and still nothing showing for withdrawal. I understand that it might take time to get all of this together but I would like an email with an approximate date we can begin to withdraw money.

    I'm still unable to log into the new system, and opened a support ticket 10 days ago with no response. Ridiculous!

    They finally replied to my support request and provided me with a temporary password that allowed me to login. Once I logged in, I was able to update the password and everything works now. I suspect that all the Feb data isn't up-to-date yet but I'm happy to wait for that.

    The lack of communication was frustrating, but I think they will eventually fix everyones login problems.

    Logged in again. I have no problem getting into the website to see my info. The money looks right but there is still nothing showing for owing.

    Anyone notice every Saturday the stats go down for the rest of the weekend until they’re back in the Office Monday.

    just clicks work even impressions are off!

    Could someone with direct contact to an AM inform them that there is an issue with their email system that a lot of peope encounter or link them to this thread please?

    Would really suck to miss this months commision run :/

    Nothing yet for me either. Assumed it'd show up sometime around this time of the month since that's when we normally get paid.

    Nope. Same problem here and no reply from affiliate manager yet.

    I chatted with them now. They are rock solid as always but lot of problems with email delivery (I can imagine that email of new domain has nowadays a lot of problem to go through).

    Yea, I got a reply on the ticket system.

    Wondering about Janaury's payment and they said they don't have a specific date for when they will be added.

    I guess that's cool.

    Similar situation here.

    I'm in and accessing both Acct Management and cashier. I can see stats etc - but the acct management still comes up with a "no payment method set" (which is a bogus error) and the cashier shows no transactions.

    This has been a very poor transition - they should have "piloted" it with a test group to work out the issues.

    I check stats religiously and have never had this issue. I wonder what brand you are referring to?

    I don't think it will be possible to miss a commission run again. All funds will be sent to the cashier, from which you will withdraw at your leisure (once they arrive of course).

    They actually did test this out, on B88 brand 3 or so months ago. It was smooth AFAI recall.

    Just checked the cashier and no funds are showing yet. I just wished they would communicate what the ETA was.

    For me, one thing that is different is that the US market really depends a lot on the Super Bowl. My regs were one third of what they had been previously. No way to say it had anything to do with the transition but a US facing vendor should not make changes during the biggest registration month of the year. I couldn't imagine a European facing sportsbook making changes three weeks before the World Cup.

    Sorry, but I must say it (and not based just on this thread and not only based on gpwa posts). I have an impression that most US affiliates/people die from hunger and live day by day.

    It is obvious they have some difficulties or even ****ups, probably more things than login does not work, maybe some have higher priority (like tracking issues).

    Give them some time, they have proven to be rock solid, I do not see that they will change their approach. Actually if they were packing up the things they would not do all this transition - why so much work for nothing. This BP->RN transition (unlike the UK scams) is the best news of 2020 in affiliate world, because this means that they have perspective to future and they are not going to abandon US market easily. At least I read it like this.
